Not able to print or send to my Principal. Please help!

Very intuitive system - so easy to set up classrooms and classes. I am looking forward to saving time and also exploring all the possibilities of the system!

I love using mega seating plan it has saved me so much time as an RQT. The service is very easy to use and any questions have been quickly answered by Rob - if you are a teacher I can't recommend it enough!

I was having trouble printing out the seating plan for my class using Google Chrome. I sent a message in the chat, and the response to use incognito mode was really helpful.
My classes were so easy to set up! I will continue using Megaseating in the future as this is an excellent way to keep track of students during the pandemic.

I am very happy with this site. It helps me to create seating plans with ease, and change them as I need. I made contact with Rob and he was so fast and helpful with his responses. I am about to upgrade and check out all the extra features.

its a good platform but i would rather when you first create it you put them where you want instead of it doing it automatic

Not flexible enough for my needs. The notes section / columns are virtually useless because you can only fit a couple of letters of text in each, no matter how few columns you have. If you put less columns trying to get more space for longer notes in, it will just show up as empty space in the box.

I need a seating chart plan that will work for a substitute teacher, so I can leave notes underneath the pictures of each student explaining any behavioral or health concerns the student has. I ended up just creating my own in Excel.

UPDATE: What I'm requesting is not impossible. I created something in Excel that works as I explained, and prints out clearly and large enough to see. You just need to allow the text to expand and wrap if there are no other columns being used. That way, there is no empty space. If that's not possible with your program, fine! But don't reply and tell me it's not possible to do it this way and still fit everything on one page, because this is simply not true. It's only impossible with your program, which is why I originally gave it 3 stars instead of 5. I can see your charts being helpful for some teachers who only need names and pictures. But if any useful notes are needed on that one printed page, it's not helpful. Your reply was disrespectful, especially considering I didn't request a refund, and quietly cancelled because it didn't fit my needs. 1 star for customer service.

Clunky, difficult to navigate and pathetic tutorials. Followed every direction but had stupid things frustrate me . If you click anywhere on the classroom it deletes a seat, but you can't add any desks as every click deletes more students. Resorted to drawing up seating plan manually and it took me no time compared to the time I wasted on this app. Peeves that I paid money for nothing.

This is a very helpful site, and I really appreciate the free version. It would be even better if the placings for students were small enough to be shown on a screen without having to scroll down. It makes it tricky having to scroll down to show the plan to students, and to move their places around. If

Really useful tool as an NQT. So much easier and user friendly than scraps of paper. Love the select a student function as well!!

Been using the seating planner for 3 - 4 years now and it's a great tool.

very intuitive layout, great tutorial guiding you through the process of setting up your first class.the tools of the class management are fantastic and very useful, so much so i am trying to convince the school to take a platinum subscription. it took me 1/2 hour to input all my classes and to set up all of the seating plans.

Best product i have found yet for seating plans. every thing you need to satisfy OFSTED.
