Like many others I have been let down yet again by their washing machines. Previously they would refund directly to the card, but now require a bunch of personal information… to use a washing machine… that failed…
I washed my clothes and tried to dry…
I washed my clothes and tried to dry them in the tumble dryer. The machine would not work. I phoned customer services and they said there was nothing they could do and sent me a link to a form for a refund. I explained that I had wet clothes and that I was checking out of my hotel in the morning and that this had put me in an impossible situation. The representative apologised and said that all they could do was issue a refund. I said that I was not satisfied with this resolution and asked to speak to a manager. Eventually, after much persuasion, they said that a manager would contact me. I have had heard nothing since. I don’t blame the representative but I am appalled with the lack of a reasonable response to the situation, with no offer of compensation for my inconvenience.

I have just used the latest wash.me machines at the Stoughton location and believe that Wash.Me are really onto something here.
Ease of use, competitively priced, and MOST importantly, does a fantastic job.
Used an ME photo booth successfully but…
Used an ME photo booth successfully but unfortunately the card reader registered my payment twice. However their customer service can only be described as superb and the 2nd charge was identified and refunded immediately. Very rare these days!
Great customer support
I used the Photo-Me booth at Morrisons and obtained my printed photo. But needed an official ID photo for a non passport document. I contacted the help team and Lucy gave me very detailed instructions of how to retrieved and download my digital photo from the passport office site, which I have now done. Really good customer support, could not be more pleased. You need to be aware (I had forgotten) that the photo goes directly to the Gov.UK passport site, it is not stored by Photo-Me but can be downloaded from the Gov.UK site.
Damaged clothing and refusing to…
Avoid this company. Used thei rwashing machines and it left blue stains all over the laundry which has permanently damaged the laundry. Refusal to offer compensation other than refunding the cost of the wash at £7, whilst I'm left with damaged clothing worth over £50. They don't maintain the machine's in my opinion, otherwise this wouldn't have occured. They then put the onus on the customer to take photos of the inside of the washing machine to prove the damage, even though photos of the laundry are provided...like sticking your head inside a washer to check the drum after every wash is a reasonable thing to do?! Avoid using these machines at all costs.

I had a query regarding downloading content from one of photo-me's machines. I received a swift response and the solution I was given worked first time, no dramas. This is how we optimistically would expect all companies to react, unfortunately not the case in most. ME Group satisfied this criteria brilliantly.

Fab Customer Service!
Having used these washing machines and tumble driers a fair few times in the past, unfortuantely yesterday I encountered an error on the machine and the clothes didn’t wash as expected. Customer Supprt were nothing short of amazing, they arranged an engineer to visit the site and a full refund, they were polite and efficient and all undertaken over email to my convenience. Thank you to the team, polite and respectful, much appreciated and I won’t hesitate to use the wash.me services again!

Great service
Great service. Photo machine was easy to use, good instructions, images were high clarity and the online code system was completely seamless. Very happy with the convenience and simplicity of the platform.
The machine itself had an unfortunate fault with the payment system that initially caused a duplicate transaction, but when contacting customer service they were responsive within minutes and solved my concerns immediately. You can't ask for things to never go wrong, but having a company take fast, clear, communicative action to put it right is the next best thing. I was helped by Lucy who was polite, informative, and patient. Fantastic.

Don’t use washers, take your money and give you nothing
Just spent £6.50 on a wash then washer failed to start. Trying to sort out a refund was like pulling teeth. Phone number with recorded message, chat line with usual platitudes, I just want my money back !!

I went to a photo booth in largs in WH SMITHS I got my picture took for a passport I went to pay the £10 and the photo booth machine broke down the screen was blue with writing and I never got my photos 🤬

I used the washer in Woodford and I left. I came back and the machine had an error saying no water. It also said it had 39 minutes left. I tried to press start and it said awaiting authorization. Then the door opened and my washing was soaking wet. I tried to dry my washing twice and the dryer was not hot. So I had to drive 5 miles to a different location and the dryer there worked ok. But more expensive than the previous location. At 2 am the machine turned off without warning and came back on after 5 mins. I had no clue what was going on. I complained and I got a refund and only paid for drying my clothes at the new location. I do not expect these kinds of issues from a company. I would never recommend you use their services and only ever use a proper laundrette. If you do you will regret your decision.

My emails were answered within minutes of reporting the issue, and the customer service team member—who was exceptionally courteous and polite—resolved everything on the spot.
