Second time I have had to contact centre to request refund for machine cleaning laundry. Help centre not concerned to refund continuing to request information they already have and/or should know. Terrible service.

Excellent customer service
Just wanted to write a review based on excellent customer service. I had a problem with some photos taken in a booth, I emailed customer services and received a reply in less than 5 minutes. I didn't have the photo code so they were kind enough to find it via the date and booth location. I was worried my claim might be rejected, but Lucy was super helpful and went above and beyond, thanks!

Problem sorted very quickly.
I had passport photos taken using a machine in Essex last weekend. Ran the photo through the application form and it was rejected due to glare. Contacted customer services and had a reply within 30 mins with a link to claim a refund. Refund arrived within 2 days.
Very impressed with the extremely swift service from the customer care team. Highly recommended.

Machine broke with washing in contact number no one available online chat no one available started speaking to someone on WhatsApp chat after the second message no reply so I am currently £22 down on washing a fleece blanket. Absolutely disgusted with customer service.

I used the photo booth in Malvern Post Office today and was inadvertently charged twice when paying by bank card. I contacted ME Group Customer Service and had a rapid response.
Within two hours of contacting them Denise has issued a refund. I found the whole experience to be excellent customer care which is quite rare these day's to have an issue resolved so promptly and efficiently.

NEVER AGAIN 3 HOURS WASTED
Used one of their machines which when I went to pick up I found I couldn't open the door as it said error so waited 20 minutes hoping it would clear it didn't so rang customer service was waiting half an hour and no customer service answered so emailed but no email acknowledgement absolutely NO customer service! Eventually 55 minutes later the was able to be opened but then we noticed sodden sheets it had NOT been spun. I wasn't going to trust that machine again (the others were in use) so reluctantly used the drier but after half hour and £7 the sheets were still sodden. Now I can accept that machines do breaking down but what I DON'T accept is giving out a number for customer service when clearly there isn't. All in all I wasted 3 hours! I have requested a refund but I have my doubts. I'm now at home rewashing all this bed linen with nowhere to dry it. NEVER AGAIN

No customer service easily found
The passport service code number for my passport photos doesn't work, the phone line on the passport photos pushes you to a URL that doesn't exist and there is no Customer Service on their company website. My passport is now stuck with the passport office until I can find another passport booth.... Sainsbury's I would rethink your partnership.

We had photos taken recently for a driving licence which we thought we could use digitally. We couldn’t as this service is only for passports. Contacted customer service to see if we could get the photos sent to us digitally. We couldn’t BUT they gave us a workaround which meant we got the photo and now have the driving licence! Really helpful service and would use again for sure.

Even when it’s not their fault they take ownership
I use the washing machines and dryer close to my home. When I went there yesterday someone had dumped clothes, cutlery, dishes etc in the large machine. I was able to use the smaller one then contacted the company when I got home. The street where they are situated is on a junction and I couldn’t find the machines on line so I messaged the company and they were fantastic. They gave me two options and I chose the one that was correct. Instantly I was told that this would be handled personally to make sure an engineer came out and restored the machine asap. This wasn’t even a fault of theirs yet they still took immediate action. Incredible customer service.

When something goes wrong it’s a bit of a nuisance what’s way more important is how the problem is handled and does the company take ownership or just fob you off?
I recently tried to use a Me Group laundry to wash a duvet too big to go in our home machine. I’ve used Me machines for a while and never had an issue, but this time I loaded the machine and left to wash and vac my car, on coming back I had an error message No Water 💦 dry duvet and £13.00 down I headed home being late at night I left dealing with it until the morning. I emailed explaining what happened and expected to be contacted days later. Wrong, I got an email from Lucy at the call centre who apologised and between her and a colleague Denise had my £13.00 bacs transfer back within 45 mins. I used to manage compliance and complaints for a Multi National and would have been proud to have service and teamwork like this.
So lay off the moaning and understand it’s hard work fixing problems remotely and like me you will probably have a great outcome if you give the company a bit of understanding

Quick refund for faulty kids ride
The kids ride we paid for with contactless didn't run properly. Followed the instructions on the machine and ended up in an online chat that was brief and sorted out our our refund quickly :)
