Scam or looting of money by disabling the withdrawal modes

It's a worst platform, I'm playing past 5 years in this platform.I'm saw in my life time.. All the times withdrawal mode was disabled and if I initiated withdrawal request need to wait 48 hours .. After that I need to create payment queries, they will simply reject the transaction request with a comment of technical error.. If we playing these types of platforms, we loose our money.. It's a trap or scam

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

First I had an issue depositing in which it took three days for the money to finally appear. That is just the start of the trouble.

Once I went to withdraw my money I got hit with what they call a verification process. It took 2 weeks for them to finally verify my account after having to send in about 6 different documents and photos and anything they could think of in that moment.

Then I finally get an email saying I’ve been verified and I can withdraw my money but when I go to withdraw my money there’s no option that I can use to withdraw my money. They say that because I deposited using the e-transfer option I must withdraw with the same option…however that option is magically gone from me to choose from. They have plenty of other options and when I try to use those an error pops up and says I have to use the same method.

This is where the trouble only begins because you message the support chat and all they do is read from a script that doesn’t answer your question or help. You call the phone number and they give you the same answers word for word as the support chat. Then you try to email them and the emails don’t even answer the question you ask because again they just send you the same answers from a script.

And to make things worse they have tried to persuade me on 2 several occasions to deposit more money using a different method claiming that once I do that I’ll be able to withdraw using the new method. There is no way I will put any more money into my account. I will not use them or continue to play here until this is resolved. I would never recommend anyone to play here.

For everyone wondering what it’s like dealing with them just look at their response to my review. I’ve already been verified and was told I can withdraw. Now they are asking for more information through here. The issue is they are asking for information I’m not able to provide. I CANT PROVIDE THAT INFORMATION BECAUSE THEY HAVE DISABLED MY ABILITY TO WITHDRAW WITH E-TRANSFER. IM NOT ABLE TO WITHDRAW.

I made **two separate UPI deposits on different dates**, and in both cases the amount was **successfully debited from my bank account**, but Melbet did **not credit the money to my account**.

Transaction 2
Amount: ₹19,423
Date: 14 Jan 2026
UPI Ref No (UTR): 395492186716

Both transactions clearly show **“Successful”** in my bank app. I have already shared:

* Bank screenshots
* UPI reference numbers (UTR)
* Full transaction details

However, Melbet closed my ticket and is repeatedly asking for an **ARN number**, while my bank has clearly confirmed that **ARN is NOT generated or provided for UPI transactions**. The official tracking number for UPI is the **UTR**, which I have already provided.

If Melbet claims they did not receive the funds, they should:

* Check with their acquiring / merchant bank
* Provide confirmation from their bank that these UTRs were not received

Instead, they are shifting responsibility to the customer while the funds are already debited.

This is extremely disappointing payment handling and support behavior.
I am still waiting for my total amount of **₹39,152** to be either credited or properly traced.

I request Melbet’s senior payments team to review this case and resolve it urgently. Until this is resolved, I do not recommend using Melbet.

Security team problem

I moved from 1xbet due to problems with this security team blocked my account then i started using melbet knowing both company are same.

Also a company named megapari is also same.

The issue is that i have 25881.33 balance in account and melbet said verify and mail security team. I have sent everything they said but now they are asking that in my accounts statement my account number should be my mobile number how is this possible?

Mobile number cannot be a account number. They are repeatedly asking for my account statement and the account number should be my mobile number. This is a wrong request and i have explained them all. They are holding my funds without any reason and not replying. I have escalated the issue with casino guru temporarily and I'll also take legal actions against this.

Melbet not allowing me to withdraw my money

Hi i have an account in Melbet with id:1382024035. My account was blocked and withdrawals was suspended on November 10th 2025 after winning in roulette. Post which Melbet asked me to provide documents for verification of the account, for which i provided all the documents requested by them (aadhar, passport, utility bills, photo with drivers liscence, voter id, phone number verification from app, photo with code, drivers liscence). Even after providing them with all these documents their verification is yet to be completed and it has been more than two months since this process has started. They are literally making me beg for my money. i have lost a lot of money on their website but now when they have to pay me they are delaying and by the looks of it they are not willing to pay me my money and give access to my account. Melbet has treated my request with no consideration to resolve it . Kindly help me get me my money from Melbet.

Update on 28th Jan 2026: It has been more than two and a half months there is no reply from Melbet or their security team. I have submitted all the documents. They even stopped replying to emails which was the only means of communication with them. They are just toying with the customers.

I am writing to report an issue with…

I am writing to report an issue with four deposit transactions that have been deducted from my side but have not been reflected in my Melbet account for more than 9 days, despite repeated follow-up.

All four deposits were made to my Melbet account under Player ID 956610219. The first transaction was for 250 Egyptian pounds via Vodafone Cash on 27/12/2025. The second transaction was for 360 Egyptian pounds via Instapay on 1/1/2026. The third transaction was for 1,000 Egyptian pounds via Instapay on 4/1/2026. The fourth transaction was for 535 Egyptian pounds via Vodafone Cash, also on 4/1/2026. The total of these deposits has been successfully deducted from my payment methods, but my Melbet balance has not been updated accordingly.

I have already contacted Melbet customer support several times regarding this matter, but the only response I receive is to “wait,” without any concrete solution, clear timeframe, or proper explanation. This situation has now been ongoing for over 9 days, which is unacceptable for financial transactions.

I request that all four deposits mentioned above be immediately credited to my Melbet account under Player ID 956610219 and that a suitable compensation be provided for the significant delay and inconvenience caused. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and what measures will be taken to prevent such problems in the future.

Registration took a couple of minutes

Registration took a couple of minutes, and they didn't ask for any unnecessary information. The interface is intuitive, and you can generally figure it out without instructions, althought some sections are not immediately obvious. It works stably, and pages load normally, but I would like it to be a little faster during peak hours.

MELBET ARE STEALING FROM ME

Good evening, first of all I want to ask everyone that, before choosing a betting site, you seek more information about how it works and its advisory services, because my experience with MELBET was the worst of my life, the worst in every aspect: customer service, transparency in terms and conditions, and much more.

I want to share my story and I hope this serves as a lesson before choosing a betting site.

On December 12th, I placed a bet in which I won 689 USDTs. When I tried to withdraw, the method I used to deposit was deactivated. I requested support from the app for 10 days, sent emails to possible departments such as: licence@melbet, info-pt@melbet, security@melbet, complaints@melbet and others. Many emails were sent by me, and the response was always the same: "We will analyze, we will analyze, we will analyze." But this is a recurring issue because other people have had the same problems after winning.

The security team blocked my account after several days and requested documents, which I promptly sent: my ID, selfies, and screenshots of my account. Even so, they haven't unblocked my account, and out of nowhere they cut off all communication with me. When I email to get an explanation, they threaten to block my account for spam, claiming I should stop sending emails.

Believe me, it's been a month now that this company hasn't given me my funds, without any justification.

They are simply stealing from me.

How will I get answers if I don't pursue them?

This website has the worst customer…

This website has the worst customer service. Personally it is starting to look like a scam. I won a bet of 1.9 odds with just over 100,000 naira and next thing my account was blocked. They requested documents and I have sent them even a selfie with my documents and the first email on laptop yet they say it’s not readable, I literally can read the text on the pictures and I’m using an iPhone 12mini with a very small screen. I have provided the statement of account for 2 specific transactions they requested and they said there was nothing on the pdf. Something I cross checked before sending and opened again after the email was delivered just to be sure. This website is definitely acting like a scam, very untrustworthy

Financial fraud: They seized my principal deposits (User 643890107

WARNING: Melbet misappropriates player deposits!

Melbet (Pelican Entertainment B.V.) is committing financial fraud. Not only did they void $3,333 of my legitimate winnings, but they also performed an unauthorized currency conversion to ARS at a fake rate to steal $500 FROM MY INITIAL PRINCIPAL DEPOSITS.

I have the blockchain hashes (TXID: af60cb...9560) proving the original deposit amounts. They are literally stealing the money you deposit.

A formal complaint has been filed with the Curaçao Gaming Authority and their payment agents in Cyprus (Edric Ltd/Faren Ltd) have been served with a formal notice for AML violations.

USER ID: 643890107 - TOTAL STOLEN: $3,833+

UPDATE Dec 27: Melbet replied here asking me to send an email to "complaints". THIS IS A LIE AND A STALL TACTIC. I already sent that email on Dec 26 at 10:48 AM with all the details requested (ID 643890107, screenshots, and transaction IDs). They have NOT responded.

While they pretend to be helpful on Trustpilot, their Security Dept. has already sent me a 'Final Decision' email confiscating my 3,300 USDT and closing my account. They are also withholding nearly 600 USDT from my initial deposit by using a fake exchange rate. Stop the public relations lies and return my funds.

UPDATE 2/1/2026: Stop lying to the public. I have already contacted your security and complaints teams multiple times, and they continue to ignore the evidence.

NO MULTI-ACCOUNT: This is a fake excuse to steal my funds. You have failed to provide a single shred of evidence because it doesn't exist.

EXTORTION: You are deliberately ignoring that an official Melbet manager (Aush Melbet) demanded a 30% BRIBE to release my money. I have video proof of this criminal behavior.

ULTIMATUM: A final 48-hour notice has been sent to your headquarters.

Either you refund my 4,000 USDT and my deposit immediately, or I will release the bribery videos to every major gambling forum and social media platform. You are not a betting site; you are an extortion ring.
