Took a week for the result’s notification. Received a message that some of my results had issues . Actually no results are available. The number they provide to contact them just keeps doing an echo test. No response from email. No answer from a different number I found…no staff are available message . Sounds suspicious or inadequate to me . Looking forward to a refund or retest.

I did not get the exact expectation given to me. I had to call superdrug to let them follow up with Melio for my result.
Tried to contact them many times
Tried to contact them many times about my results. It's been 10 days and I've had nothing back. Anxiety is at an all time high and I can't eat or sleep. I'm also 27 weeks pregnant. The test I had via Superdrug has now been removed from their site and yours, what does this mean?
Why won't you respond? It's like you don't exist. Have tried calling but it only ever goes to VM and have tried chat and email. Please, please get back to me and I'll take down this review. I just want my results, I paid £230 for a test. Thank you.
I would definitely use this service again
An easy website with good information about the individual tests. A pleasant experience at the Basingstoke Superdrug to take the blood samples. My test was midday on a Wednesday and I received texts to tell me when any results were uploaded to the secure portal. I had received all the results and a report from a doctor by mid-evening on Thursday! Results very easy to understand and well set out. I would definitely use again.
One star lost because I couldn't work out how to book more than one test to be at the same time. That was easily sorted out with the nurse at the branch as she contacted me beforehand to offer directions etc.

I had a test completed at Superdrug…
I had a test completed at Superdrug Edinburgh over a week ago and was advised by the nurse that these results would be processed within 2/3 days. A week later, numerous emails to melio, having even tried to contact through their social media outlets, there is still no reply. The number I was given by the nurse doesn’t work, and there’s no way to phone. Melio will not reply on live chat or by email. It’s almost as if they don’t exist. Superdrug will not hold responsibility for any of this and keep redirecting to melio. I will need to rebook a test elsewhere, as this is a blood test required for work.

My blood results were incomplete and the review notes say to contact customer service to get re tested. I have been trying for over a week, left voicemails and many emails but not heard anything. There was no explanation as to why these results were missing
