The whole experience was excellent. Every step of the way was easy from booking the appointment to accessing the results. Highly recommended

The customer relation was top-notch and the result was presented in a prescribed format.

Had a NIP Test on December 10th. On December 20th was informed that a 'machine was broken' in the lab, bloods then sent to an aternative lab but test unsuccessful. Advised on the 23rd that to fix their broken machine was not cost effective and so I would not be offered a retest. I appreciate things break, however I had to contact the service multiple times for updates. Given the nature of the test, which was done due to having previous pregnancy losses, our anxiety was through the roof. We then had to chase our refund through the company we'd booked with as I heard nothing else following the update on the 23rd.

Please check if the company you're using will be outsourcing to Melio if attempting an NIPT and find an alternative if they are.

The speed of service, the detail in the reports and the ease of this service was amazing! I will always pay private for these now. The NHS never share as much insight into your blood results and it's really helpful to know this data to help you prevent illness in the future. It's just unfortunate that when I shared the results with my NHS GP, they were not interested in helping me with them.

I thought this was a great solution to getting blood tests to make sure my general health is in check. I received thorough results within 24 hours with clear explanation and followed by a doctors report on areas that needed further explanation.
Would love it if you had more stores that do this especially in North West London

It was quick, easy and didn't cost that much really, not to mention the nurse who took my blood was absolutely wonderful and had very good banter.
The service gave me the information I was looking for basically overnight which would of taken who knows how long if I went with the NHS.
The results gave me a sense of understanding and calm by knowing specific things were not as bad as I presumed and instead allowed me to begin working on improving my health where it matters at my own pace.

I've sent several emails but yet I'm still awaiting assistance. And when I call the phone number an automated voice answers in another language.

I had a blood test done, Melio managed to send out the results with associated report the next day. Really impressed by this quick turnaround.

The Melio nurse was very professional and skilled. Results were conveniently emailed within expected timescales! Very efficient experience.
