I have been using melodysusie drills for over 2 years now and decided it was time for me to buy the new emerald colored drill. Since they had such a great deal on the bundles I went along and got that. Everything came in such a timely manner. I was worried about holiday porch pirates so I reached out to customer service n they always kept in contact with me on my delivery day and also reached out to me after the delivery time to ensure I received my package. i am amazed with the online customer service here! one of my package said it was delivered online and when i opened the mailbox there wasn’t a package. i reached out to MelodySusie customer support team and they responded within that same day and sent me a new package immediately and they even checked in to see if i received my new drill package. thank you so much for your excellent customer service, i am so happy to use my new drill!

I am a licensed cosmetologist / Nail technician This is the third purchase of E-files/drills that I have made with Melody Susie this time I ordered the sparkle Plus 35,000 rpm and I have to say every time I get a new drill is always better than the previous the first one I had ever got was completely amazing but to see how much they improve every time is astonishing I love this new drill it is extremely quiet it barely has any vibration so when I'm at work this drill makes my job so much easier and so much quicker and a lot more comfortable for my clients as well I feel their products are so amazing for professionals but also for home use I love that they're very versatile and they have multiple products colors they have something for everybody. every time I have bought from Melody Susie it has been amazing I would highly recommend shopping with this company you will truly love any and everything you get. The customer service is exceptional they are very sweet professional and quick so if you ever have any issues they are very very helpful in helping you figure out what's going on and how to fix your problem I would highly recommend Melody Susie and I will be a customer for life...

I purchased a nail drill for personal use. I had a slight issue with the drill handle, I reached out to Melody support by email and much to my surprise I received a response within the day!! With some back and forth emails the issue was taken care of much to my satisfaction, they were great to deal with. If you do gel nails you need a nail drill quick easy to use to remove base, structure, nail polish and topcoat. Any issues support is there to help, they were great.

I originally contacted MelodySusie asking how to take apart and clean my handpiece, turns out you can't do that. But they very quickly sent me a replacement. Wonderful customer service!

We had a problem with a product we bought, after a while it stop working on battery. Didn't know it was still under warranty, they let me know It was still covered, and sent a replacement very fast. Excellent customer service 👏. Thanks awesome company 👍

I thought Melody Suzie sent me a used nail lamp because it had a protective cover on it, which made it look scratched, so I let MS know. They told me they don’t send used products and that it wasn’t scratched and that it was the plastic protective cover, but I tried taking the cover off and I couldn’t get it off, so I thought it was used, so MS sent me a replacement lamp at no charge. As I was cleaning the lamp I realized that it did actually have a protective cover, so I asked MS to send me a bill for the replacement lamp and they said they would not charge me for the replacement lamp. I am so grateful for their generosity even though it was my error. Thank you so much MS! I will continue to shop with you!

This is my replacement drill, my dog chew the cord off of my other one and I love it 10 out of 10 Melody Susie drills for nails, 100% don’t forget that all Melody Susie products have a 15 month warranty on them love you have a good day 🫶🏽🫶🏽
