I bought from here as I wanted the viral Korean face masks I ordered 2 boxes 1 for me and one for a friend in Spain for travel however they was some sort fault batch they wouldn’t even stay on peeling off k returned 1 partial box due to this issue but couldn’t the other bit I think faulty batch but they say no one else has complained The customer service wasn’t great I wouldn’t use again

I had an issue with my parcel at the start but they got back to me as soon as possible and sorted out my issue straightaway and were friendly about it and very understanding, which I appreciate as a new customer. Also, I like how they present their free samples in a small envelope instead of scattered everywhere.

This is my second time ordering from Melon and Starfish and I'm very happy with my experiences. They have a great range of products, the shipping is always fast and the packaging is cute. Overall, a great K-Beauty site that I plan to purchase more from in the future :).

I bought a cushion foundation that I’ve used for a long time before. I’ve been having trouble finding korean cosmetics in the UK. I was a bit reluctant at first as the brand is new to me but I was surprised. The price was fair and the delivery was super fast.

Melon & Starfish very quickly and correctly shipped my order and kindly gave a free sample. Their website interface is easy to use and particularly like how it says a product is out of stock before having to click on the product. My feedback is to expand the variety of products/brands available, which is a common problem among other UK sites providing Korean skincare, but I am sure that will come with time.
