Awful Experience, Don’t waste your money …
I ordered the seersucker bow tie onesie/hat combo along with another hat. When I received my order (finally), the hats were there but the bow tie onesie was missing. I reviewed my order just to make sure and it said it was shipped in the same package. I sent an email on 9/19/20 and received an auto reply and now 5 days later, no one will respond to me. The phone number doesn’t work either.
Definitely don’t recommend this business as now I’ve paid for an item that I didn’t receive.

Customer service extremely disappointing. Communication poor and paid extra for shipping that never came on time and they would not back. Phone calls made with no return call back. Emails sent with no return back.

We have had many emails and phone calls with this customer. We have the emails and call logs to prove this fact. We are unsure of why this customer left this review. Her package was shipped on time with the service she requested and paid for. These items were sent from 2 different locations and one of them was slightly delayed due to the USPS - which is out of our control, but we promptly addressed with this customer. Both items have been delivered to customer so not sure why she left this review. Please let us know how to submit emails, tracking information and call log information about this matter. Thank you.

I bought one hat recently from this company and the hat looked wonderful and I did write a review. Their review team removed all the bad comments and have modified my review with good ones. When I enquired about this they have not responded but just removed my review. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! and do not trust their reviews ever. They modify it so that people will buy more. HORRIBLE
