Arrived on time. Didn't expect the gift to be wrapped but I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was beautifully wrapped in clear cellophane with a lovely black ribbon. Great attention to detail

The best wax melts you can buy! The range of scents you can pick from is incredible, you’ll have a hard time just picking one (I ended up ordering 5!). The service provided is amazing, Natalie is so thoughtful and offers a range of different ways to get your order. Natalie is always active on social media, offering new products and stating how much she misses her customers during this pandemic. High quality products and high quality customer care.

Absolutely stunning products! The wax clamshells are definitely the best, I’ve tried loads of others and been gifted other brands but they don’t compete to melted egos. The bath bombs and dust are a favourite in our house too. Very stylish items and Natalie is absolutely lovely!!!! 5 stars!!!!! Xx

As always very pleased with my items from Melted Ego, elegant glass diffuser & lovely fragrances to fill the house with wonderful aromas! Natalie's customer service is excellent, friendly & great advice if you need it. I will also add we purchased one of the wax burners for my mother in law at Christmas & she absolutely loves it and the scent the wax melts give off! Finally thank you for the wonderful Apple & Pear prize I won in the raffle, simple but effective. Cant wait for the showroom to reopen!

The heart electric burner i ordered is lovely plus the wax melts smell gorgeous, i opted for the Jo Malone fragrances and was really impressed. Collection was really easy to arrange, will definitely order again.
