Have purchased a number of discounted Pandora charms for my bracelet this summer and I am very pleased with the quality of the items, the service and the speed of the deliveries but above all, the price of the charms.
I only had about 6 charms previously and I didn't wear my bracelet, as it looked a bit bear. I decided to buy more charms but I begrudged paying full price for the items I wanted.
I found Mememeaccessories online and bought quite a few charms at a significantly reduced price, so I am really pleased with my purchases and my bracelet looks full and fabulous! My only sadness is that the company are no longer stocking Pandora

I ordered a pandora charm for my daughter in law to be for her wedding day gift. A silver wedding bell. It was dispatched the same day, delivered the next day by special delivery. Perfect.

Ordered at 4pm. Arrived next day. Well packaged. Items as described. I would recommend this company.

i made a payment via PayPal for a gift voucher to be sent electronically. This was debited from my PayPal account at that time. I was informed by Mememe on the day the voucher should have been sent telling me payment had been withheld. I have had issues with them over this and despite the money having been debited from my Paypal account MeMeMe have today refunded the amount. They have caused me embarrassment to the person who should have received the voucher (the birthday now having gone) and have now cancelled the order and refunded the payment (yes the payment they said they didn't have). They have been inefficient and disorganised as far as my order is concerned and do not like the fact that I have commented on their incompetence with my order. If they do not want to read about dissatisfied customers then they should not send a link to this site to leave feedback. I would definitely not use them again.

I have bought from Mememe several times and the prices and service is second to none.
I will recommend to anyone .

Hi i recentley had a problem where i received a 10% voucher and on it it also said orders over £50 postage free, we rang to place the order and was told its orders over £60 free and because my order with the 10% off came to 59.85 i coudnt get free postage the very next day i copied the email i was sent wich clearley said orders over £50 free postage i was then told they would let me have the deal i would pay for the postage but then i would get re credited for the postage, the order has arrived today and is great iam still to check my account to make sure i have been recredited the postage but as long as this happens i would say the customer service is great, i will say that the web designer needs to pick up pace as even on this email asking me to take part in this surevey it still says orders over £50 free postage when infact its orders over £60 according to the website, this is no reflection on laura and the girls at me me me as they are great.
