AVOID! Not Irish stock.

Used to be a good company but not any more. Placed an order on 8th Jan and everything showed "In stock at the time of ordering" and paid extra for priority shipping. Was delivered on 20th January after being shipping from HotDeals4Less in Las Vegas to somewhere in North Carolina and then to Ireland. Pretending to be Irish and charging Irish prices but just shipping from abroad!

This customer purchased an AMD CPU from us, and promptly after receiving it he returned it to us "faulty" - we scan serial numbers on every item we ship, and what was returned to us was another CPU that we never sold to him or to any other customer. This is a clear attempt of a customer to return an older faulty product in exchange for a brand new product.

Professional Service, but Slow Processing and Shipping

The ordered product arrived after 3 weeks in a very good shape and as described in the listing.
I am satisfied with my purchase from MemoryC since they were the only seller which had what I was looking for.
One negative point I faced was: my order was listed in stock at the time of order. After the purchase, the estimated shipping date turned to be within 10 days!
Eventually it got shipped after 16 days, and arrived after 3 weeks (from the order date).
Apparently their service is getting affected by the pandemic situation.
Anyways, the customer support was always very responsive and professional.

5-8 business days shipping? More like a month.

I've ordered a memory kit from these guys on 15 july. It costed me around €800, so I would say it is quite an expensive memory, and I expected some attention from the company. On their site they advertised 5-8 days delivery, which is a long wait, but still good enough for me.

I suspected it will take longer. And it definitely took longer. I only received the kit on 12 august. So it was almost a month instead of "5-8 days".

Of course I regularly contacted them in order to check the status of my order, but it was hard. Some of my emails they simply ignored. Then I discovered they have a live chat and they answered me there one day. On my "Have a nice day!" afterwards they simply disconnected. After a few days they stopped connect me in a live chat so I started to call them. This proved to be the only support channel which is accessible every day.

So their customer support is non-existent. People are simply rude (hello Sharon). First they say they ship your stuff "next week", and then silently not ship it. They evade questions about their advertised delivery times.

Will I order from them again? They don't respect me as a customer. Apparently they don't need customers who are willing to pay €800 for memory alone, which is, well, fine by me. I'll shop somewhere else.

I could only advise you to order from them if you have a month or so to spare.

P.S. look at all these positive "one sentence of sheer excitement" reviews here. Isn't it obvious now what kind of company they are?
