Ordered rams for my new computer , they asked proof that i’m the one paying , gave them proof then they canceled my order on the day it was supposed to be delivered. The orders take too long to be reviewed and delivery time not accurate but you still pay for the delivery.

FRUSTRATED.
I am super frustrated. I ordered a part on 5/12/20. Checked my account and it said shipped on 5/14/20. By the 18th I called to obtain tracking info and it had in-fact not shipped yet and would be shipping on the 19th. I called back 5/22/20 to find out that my order was misplaced as soon as it left the warehouse. I was not notified of this, not offered a refund or any further assistance; just told that it’ll be back in stock on Tuesday 5/26/20 and it will ship that day. I didn’t ask for a refund but instead asked for the part to be over night shipped (this is the last part I need so I can build my PC). The gentlemen I sighed and said yes it can be, I said thanks and he hung up on me. Terrible customer service and communication. Will not be purchasing another item from the site ever again.

Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut [11.1 grams]
I bought a bought a Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut 11.1 grams syringe.
I was expecting it to come with TWO applicators AND a spatula to help spread the paste. However, it only came with ONE applicator, while the spatula wasn't even there!
The consistency was a lot thicker than in "der8auer" video. I put the sealed syringe inside a cup of hot water for 5 minutes as the manufacturer's website suggested; to improve the paste's viscosity-- to no avail.
As I was trying to spread it using the applicator, it would only spread by a little bit. Then, if I try to spread it any more, the paste gets stuck onto the applicator from the CPU/GPU dyes. So, I had to apply a generous amount for the dye to be covered while spreading.
Maybe I should have let the syringe sit in a BOILING water for 5 minutes.
Maybe I should have used the rice grain/pea methods.
However, the temperatures are AMAZING until now (1 week).
This thermal paste has reduce my idle temps from 48-52 °C to 38-42 °C.
CPU was thermal throttling (94 °C and above) under stress test and couldn't sustain full turbo boost clock rates. Now, it maintains full turbo boost and stays around 72-79 °C.

I had no problems with Memory.C.
I know they sell through different sites, eBay, Amazon, and have read some good and quite a few bad reviews. So I decided to go through their dedicated website. I had no problems, the hard drive I ordered was in good order. Packaged well. Delivery with DPD is always bob on. So my shopping experience was good. No complaints. I may even buy another of the same in a month or so.
