9. I booked a 12 day tour of Egypt including flights from UK with Cairo, Nile, Luxor, Aswan and Sharm El Sheikh because of the reviews and good pricing.
The sales person was very helpful and attentive. They have lots of different contacts that have different roles: Someone meets you in the terminal then a Tour Manager and for each area a Tour Guide.
The tour manager meets you outside the terminal, comes with driver to accommodation and then the then the tour guide takes on the sightseeing.
The first manager was young and very enthusiastic, but didn’t make sure that the information about logistics was clearly understood - he nearly sent us into the airport without confirming that we had the flight tickets!
We found throughout that actually we were getting our own guide and manager for just my wife and I, which was great and we felt very privileged especially when we saw the large groups going round the tourist places - excellent!
The first guide - Hedi- was excellent throughout Cairó. 
The second manager - Ali - in Luxor was very good with logistics, but only wanted to sell us a horse and cart option, which was not suitable for us at all especially since we got up at 2am to get to Luxor.
The second guide, Ahmed, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but lazy in that he wanted to do the minimum amount of time of walking with us, using the excuse of our own time, plus he spoke very fast as if he was trying to get through what he needed to say quickly.
The balloon guide, Fawzy, was excellent and very knowledgable, careful and very effective in everything he did and said.
The boat - the MS Salazcia - was a superb experience…the service is excellent, the rooms really comfortable, the food superb and the whole experience very wonderful, plus all the people on board fantastic especially Ahmed Mudesa, a waiter in the restaurant….
Balloon trip was excellent, with a really good pilot and driver, although you do have to get up early!
Ahmed Bahaa was our guide around Luxor, on a Nile Cruise and in Aswan.. He showed us around the Valley of the Kings, Edfo Temple and Aswan. It covered 3 days.
He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in his description of places. His stories were long and detailed, clearly explaining what happened and why it happened. Initially he was a bit ill, so he talked fast and gave us quite a bit of time for us to explore by ourselves, since I think he wanted to reduce the amount of time walking with us. The second day he felt better, and talked a bit slower. On the third day, he was even better.
We then spent a whole day travelling via Cairo on 2 fights to Sharm el Sheikh, which was frustrating since we had 5 hours in the airport - we were told afterwards that actually there was a hotel at Cairo airport we could have gone to, but nobody told us.
Sharm El Sheikh: Ahmed : Guide was helpful. A bit reactive as we had to wait to be picked up from Tiran boat:
Hotel: La Jolie Resort & Casino - nice location. Booked a deluxe room. 1st room we were given was 2 single beds, bathroom smelt, telephone didn’t work.
I complained to our tour guide who rented for us to go to a different part of the resort with much newer rooms and much quieter.
The room was better and also breakfast was much easier since there weren’t anything like the same number of rude Russians barging their way around the buffet at the Orangerie. We even were given a bowl of fruit!
The room was much further away from the beach.
The beach is bigger than the rest of the other private parts of the beach but still crowded and noisy. You have to get to the beach early to reserve a sunlounger, despite the signs.
You need a towel card to get a towel.
You can buy beer and wine at the bars there but they are twice s expensive as the shops and 4x on the beach bar.
Overall a pleasant stay, with nice staff, but it is full of Russians who don’t seem to have any manners or pleasantry nd make it a pretty unwelcoming feel which is unfortunate.
Overall, Memphis Tours were very efficient indeed with the guiding and management in each place, but there was a handover challenge between and there were so many different managers, guides and drivers, each of which expected being tipped, so that we seemed to be tipping all the time especially since we were told and guided what to tip, so much so that we needed to go to ATMs regularly to get the cash necessary

I really appreciate the Memphis Tours, Shaimaa and my guide Arhmad for the amazing experience I had in Jordan. They thought in every small detail, help me with the barrier language and all the issues were easily solved! Thank you all! For sure, when I come back to Jordan, I’ll contact you again!

Ten days ago I finished my trip to Morocco and it exceeded my expectations. I want to thank Reem first and foremost because from the very beginning she took care of putting together an itinerary that met my expectations, and throughout the entire trip she was attentive to how my experience was unfolding. She's fantastic. There are other people who were key to making my trip a perfect 10. Ismail, much more than a driver, was a guardian angel; we lived with him for eight days. He went above and beyond to make us happy. The guides were excellent, and Memphis delivered on his promises. I also have to thank Sanaa, as the head of the agency in Morocco.

I booked a Greece Tour but before I asked them to provide with the details specifically if it will be an issue for slow walking travelers the person assure me they will deal with it.After paying a deposit and paid for air fare I was informed of so many things like I need to have a doctor's note paid an extra night and an scort and pace with the group which I just can't do so I ended cancel the trip loosing 800.00 dollars. I travel with them to Egypt and it was fine but definitely I won't book anything else with Memphis.

Have to say we had the most amazing time with Memphis tours from the moment we stepped off the aeroplane until we were delivered back to the airport 10 days later

Our experience with Memphis Tours was unforgettable! We loved the trip from start to finish.

We left Brazil as a group of five to visit Egypt, and Memphis's entire service was impeccable, from the initial contact, to the itinerary development, to all the guides in Egypt.
The quality of everything was wonderful. The hotels were high-end, all the meals were excellent, all the tours were fantastic and very informative, and the guides and agency representatives were friendly and attentive.
We booked the Cairo + Nile Cruise itinerary, and what a wonderful surprise it was to learn that the cruise was just as good! In addition to the incredible tours we took, the quality of the boat itself was excellent, all the meals were of the highest quality, and we had a great time.

The only issues we had were related to the airline canceling our flight, but Memphis and it's agents were very attentive even with this setback, rebooking us on another flight, returning us to our hotel to rest, and handling everything without any hassle. Absolutely 10 out of 10, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The hotel accommodation was good although I paid for a king size bed and got two twin size beds instead the stay at the hotel was quite nice

My recent trip to India's Golden Triangle was my second time using Memphis Tours. I first used them for a trip to Egypt combined with four days in Dubai. I was initially concerned because they are foreign based and I knew no one in the USA who had used them, but I took a chance, and I'm glad I did. The service and communication, from beginning until returning home, are excellent. All you need is WhatsApp. I recommended them to a family member two years ago, and they were truly pleased. I'm glad they have expanded their services to other countries. My trip to India was a true experience. Thank you Memphis.

It was a wonderful trip. India is a magical and fascinating country. From the beginning Ehab kindly supported us with the organization of the tour, based on our requests and needs, and also showed us how to obtain the e-visa. Our guide, Rajendra, was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and always kind and helpful. Having a five-year-old, we were helped with everything we needed. For a week, we were transported to another world, visiting beautiful monuments, but, above all, having the privilege of witnessing the traditions, religious rites, and festivities of this wonderful country. Since my husband is passionate about astronomy, the visit to Jantar Mantar, the astronomical observatory in Jaipur, was very interesting. It houses the largest sundial in the world, and all the instruments are made of stone, making them perfectly preserved and precise. What really made the difference, however, was the explanations from our guide, Rajendra, who was very knowledgeable on the subject. The driver was also fantastic, driving great in the crazy Indian traffic, plus we always had fresh water available. We will never forget this experience; it was one of the most beautiful trips we have ever had. Thanks.. Namasté...
