Have booked two private tours with Memphis Tours and both have been wonderful experiences and adventures. Worked with Mina at Memphis Tours who was easy to work with and planned itineraries that were very interesting and educational.

Basma was very helpful when planning my trip to Turkey from Toronto! Everything was wonderful, and we had an incredible time. It was a trip of a lifetime. I took domestic flights to different cities with my father, and we got to enjoy different parts of turkey.

One of our flights was slightly delayed, but we were still able to see everything on the itinerary. Most importantly, as a healthcare worker, i was not getting time to thoroughly plan this trip and i put my trust in Basma and her team. Her team delivered. I will definitely book with this agency again in the future

The tour was pleasant and we saw a lot in the short days we were in Mocorro.

Positives:
Ameen, our Driver, was amazing! He was with us the whole weeks and gave really good recommendations. He showed a lot of flexibility and professionalism all throughout. If I go back to Morocco, I would like to request him again. Probably one of the best guides/drivers I've ever had.

Two tour guides, Yousef and Najat, were incredible, knowledgeable, organized, and fun. The landmarks we visited with them in Rabat and Casablanca were splendid. They shared the history and key facts of each spot and got to the point. I highly recommend them.

Improvements:
One particular guide was not as organized and was too focused on shopping stops. We were not expecting to spend our Marrakesh day on three different shops. One hotel booked our rooms facing a nightclub that closed at 5:00 am in Marrakesh. We could not sleep well two nights in a row. I would recommend staying away from this hotel for future tours.

Overall, I think I will use Memphis Tours in the future. Thank you!

I had booked our Egypt tours through Memphis Tours back in 2019 was very happy with the service so booked again this time for Egypt and Jordan and they did not disappoint
My Tour rep was Basma Elmahdy, she did an amazing job in putting together this itinerary for our trip pretty much covered important things that we wanted to visit given our time limitations, I would recommend her to anyone for the type of service that was provided and our Tour guide for Nile River Cruise was Mohamed Saad, Cairo Tour guide was Mervat Kafafy, and in Jordan our Tour guide was Mahmoud Qahwaji all the guides were exceptionally good very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with their customer service!
We never had any problems with Memphis Tours from the time we landed in Cairo and till we departed from Amman! I will definitely use Memphis tours for our future travel!!

Overall this was an amazing holiday and definitely a trip of a life time for me. Nada organised our holiday with us and in the main it was really good. She was quick to reply to our questions before we left. There were a few bits where we could have been better informed before we left. For example we were advised to fly to Cairo rather than to Luxor to start our trip and then had a very early internal flight we had not needed had we flown to Luxor. We were not advised on the difference in baggage allowance between international and internal flights which caught us out. You need lots of 10 Egyptian pound notes to give to toilet attendants and that was actually very difficult to organise. We didn't really get much help with that, though many of the guides were very kind and helped out at the time. Once we were there we were extremely well looked after by knowledgable local guides who really knew their Egyptology. I have to say that all the drivers and the guides were great. We had a guide to ourselves and they could not have been any better. The accommodation was generally good. The boat was definitely more 3 star than the 5 we expected. Touches such as no cushions on hard sun beds, having to pay extra for ALL drinks including water and poor drinks in the bar marked it down although the rooms were nice. The food on the boat was ok but not brilliant. Definitely not 5 star. It was canteen food buffet style. However, from the perspective of exploring Egypt and learning about the history and culture it was wonderful. A fantastic experience rich with variety and with a really well put together itinerary. We had a few extra days in Cairo and the itinerary for that was really well put together right at the last minute for us. We rode camels up to the sphinx and rode in a hot air balloon and both of those experiments were quite magical. That side of it was definitely 5 star. I would and have recommend Memphis to others. But do be aware that while it is excellent, it is not quite as 5 star in places as it should be considering the cost.

Everyone I encountered with Memphis Tours was professional and attentive. Chosen guides were prompt and knowledgeable! My consultant Yosri, during booking made sure to answer all of my questions and made sure all my concerns were taken care of before traveling. I would definitely recommend and use again!

Very good service, very friendly guide, interesting attractions and a well-organized circuit for the time of the tour. Our Cappadocia tour guide Erdi was great and Kuradasi Madiha took us on the tour super nice. And the guy who helped us at the airport Yusuf Eyvaz. Highly recommended. My husband and I had a wonderful time on our trip! Our custom tour was planned by Mina Ramsies, and we were able to see the best sights of Jordan and Egypt. We are super thankful to our transfer driver and tour guide in Jordan, Rami and Hassan; when we lost our luggage, they went above and beyond to help us and make the best trip for us. We had wonderful tour guides in Egypt as well that guided us all the way through Cairo to Abu Simbel. Our tour guide in downtown Cairo, Ahmed, was incredible and made our tour super fun! We loved our trip and will definitely book again with Memphis tours. We highly recommend!

I had never heard of memphis Tours until I started exploring possible Nile cruises. I was attracted to the idea of a smaller boat cruise and happened upon Memphis tours. I sent off an email with a series of questions and quickly received a reply with all the answers. After several emails they found me the ideal 5 day/4 night cruise on the Nubia Nile dahabiya. There were only 10 passengers and the crew were terrific. Esraa was my contact at Memphis and I never had to wait long for replies to my many questions. He was very patient and had helpful tips for us. The cruise ended up being the pinnicle of our total 6 weeks away.
