I bought a suit from them cos £65. I was advised to wash the suit by hand which i did. After washing it and hung it out to dry, i noticed the colour faded and clothes shrunk. I Contacted them they said they don't take responsibility after the cloths have been washed so so from what point it. This company imports cheap clothes and we pay over the odds. What a rip off. I am contacting trading
standards. This is bang out of order. I have never spoken out but this is not the first Time i have had an issue. THINK BEFORE YOU BUY!!!

The two suits which was sent out was not quality checked before dispatching.

They refund you for the suits but not for the p&p you do pay for even those you get defect suits.

Spoke to customer service and they refuse you for theses p&p charges that you pay for.

No P&P charges were never refunded .

I received wonderful service from Smena, she really took the time to tailor to my needs and was so helpful and accommodating. I completely recommend, and I loved this experience it felt really special.

I had to return as the stitching quality was awful, I tried to ring their customer service called twice on different dates but no luck since I had no option to return as the stitching was very weak around the dress and quality was also very poor , no free return and you only get automatic choices where they deducted £6 from my wife suit , I will warn everyone before you buying anything from this seller . Avoid if possible. Thanks

Shocking customer service. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. The suit I bought was beautiful and stylish and comfortable. My only gripe is that the colour was not fast, the blue colour transferred to skin very easily even when I was ironing it. It transferred to the wearer's skin after a few hours of wear.

Purchased 2 dresses, however the sizing and quality was not good. Returned the items back, which memsaab recieved on 24/03/2025. I have not yet recieved my refund, i have tried to ring them multiple times and they keep hanging up, they ignore the messages through their website and dont respond to emails.

Awful service. Ordered a dress for Eid, Delivery company lost it. I contacted Memsaab and they're refusing to help. If this happens to you, contact your bank ASAP! This company is only good if you don't intend on asking for a refund for whatever the reason.

Edit: They're such liars in their reviews. The Bank had to take the refund money from them by force because they refused to refund.

Very nice dress and quick delivery. A bit costly but nonetheless nice dress.

Appalling customer service!
I absolutely appalled and disappointed at the customer service received as a returning customer. I had ordered items on 27th March for Wid and paid extra (£20) for next day delivery if delivered by 11am, which i did to get my suit in time for Eid. Its now 29th March and I'm still waiting and it's Eid on 30th March and I do not have my eid suit as promised. I have sent emails and WhatsApp messages to no response. Surely if you're asking customers to pay extra for express delivery you should be well aware and prepped to deal with Eid sales. Clearly just after making money. I ordered a suit from Birmingham on 28th and I have received this already, clearly they have taken money and not bothered about sending my items in time.

Its been over two weeks and i havent still received my clothes and no responses to my messages. I would stay clear from this place.

I have sent my order to number.

Update: thanks for acknowledging the item had got lost and fully refunded the cost of the item

I ordered an outfit weeks ago and it has not arrived. They said it was shipped but never arrived. I've emailed them multiple times with no reply. Messaged them on Instagram, no reply. When you ring, it times out. Despite ordering in plenty of time I won't have an Eid outfit. Will be reporting to trading standards.

I had travelled from Birmingham to look for some clothes that I needed for my cousin’s wedding. As soon as we had entered Memsaab, the service my mother and I had received was impeccable! Thank you so much for being so humble, kind and down to earth! My mum and I left with two new beautiful suits and a big smile on our faces!
The prices were very affordable especially for the quality and the detail of the suits!
We definitely got bang for our buck!
It was well worth the drive and I will be visiting here again!

Would not recommend buying from here. I bought two outfits for Eid, I was not going to keep both. I would like to return one but they have slyly set their refund charge to £9.99 per item. Therefore do not do a bulk buy order as that is £10 per item lost on refund fees. It's ridiculously extortionate and excessive. This is a wrong way for a Muslim brand to do business. Clearly taking advantage of customers who choose to return an item.
