Very efficient and excellent service from usman

I had the best experience designing my custom dress for 5 of my family members. Sehrish was so professional with dealing with my order, she listened to exactly what I wanted. Her communication skills and response time was amazing and put me at ease as a customer. When I received my dresses I was extremely happy they came out perfect just how imagined them to be. I will definitely be ordering future outfits from Sehrish and recommend her collection to all my family and friends.

Fabulous! This was my first purchase & interaction with Memsaab.

I loved the suit! I initially ordered the medium but as it was a bit too baggy I then ordered the small. I'm now a size 10 and 5ft tall. The trousers were only slightly long and can easily be folded at the top, if you cannot get it altered. The quality of the suit was excellent.

Prompt delivery within 2-3 days via Royal Mail. Very pleased!

The return was facilitated by the lovely Sanna. Thank you! I was impressed to see there was a return portal, call number and WhatsApp support. Excellent customer service!

Very disappointed with the service, first time purchased two suits mine was fine ,but my daughter's as I unpacked i saw it was ripped, they don't accept it and wouldn't even compensate toward the repair of the garment, Very unprofessional service. Instead accused me was ripping it whilst trying.... I paid over ££100 for the suit and needed it for this weekend. What a waste of time n money. Will not recommend anyone to buy from this website.

I would leave no stars if I could, ordered two outfits mummy and daughter. The material was so poor, it ripped so easily, it was also completely see through. I paid over £100 for it, when I contacted them, they couldn’t care less once they have your money. They kept saying the outfit had been worn which is fine but at least acknowledge that the gold thread on the entire kameez is unravelling after a couple of hours use. If you want to wear something for one evening and throw it in the bin later, please buy from them, you’ll be sorted however like most people if you want to rewear it again… do not ever purchase from this place. They are poor, poor POOR!

We had the most amazing experience from start to finish with Smena. The level of customer service she provides is amazing.
She is so kind and compassionate. She wants what is best for her customer and she really listens. She really knows how to tailor a simple piece into an absolute divine piece. I went in and bought a ready made suit for my Nikkah. After taking all my measurements and talking me through her recommendations, I came back after a couple of weeks and my dress had been elevated and completely transformed it. It was like magic. I felt like a princess. I actually got to experience a princess moment for the first time in my life.
Her heart is made of gold. She is honest and trustworthy. Her communication is excellent and she always replies and has updates to hand. When she says the customer is her priority. They really are.

I ordered an outfit and did not like the colour as it didn’t appear as it should have. I tried to contact the website. Wrote an email and even tried to call. Was told someone will get back to me and never has. It’s a waste of money and I hate that their customer service did not respond . People should not bother to contact them as they are useless !

Smena was so amazing! I felt very welcomed to the showroom. I didn't have an appointment, but she was happy to assist me immediately! All staff were very helpful and attentive. Smena found me the perfect outfit for a party I am attending! Felt at home, can't recommend enough!

Bought a last minute Moroccan style thobe for Eid, was ready for pick up pretty quick, was happy with the quality and colour of the thobe too.

Had a lovely experience, with the helpful Smena, she was so accommodating and took in all our ideas to bring out outfits to suit our needs. Such a personal experience and would defo would come back.

Ordered according to size chart and the measurements were completely different to what they have listed. I understand its approximate but there is a difference between approximately and 2-3 whole inches. Offered Me £5 partial refund which I ended up talking as their customer services is a complete waste of time and no common sense used
