Very happy with our conservatory
The build was fast and efficient by teams who worked hard and were very helpful.

Had a porch installed earlier in the year, was very impressed with the staff and the finished porch.

Staff and sub contractors were all polite, kept me informed and even started the work ahead of the original date. Managers checked sub contract work and have been quick to sort out minor problems. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and with the price which friends have confirmed is competitive. My plan to support local businesses in my new home is working well.

We were originally considering an extension to the rear of our house, when we noticed that a few neighbours had Atlas Skyrooms installed by Mendip Conservatories.
From the very first meeting with Gary, George & the team, we were impressed with their approach. They are a very mature company, who have been providing this type of service for some time, and they are all friendly professional people to deal with, so we very quickly gained confidence in their ability to understand our requirements.
Once we decided to go ahead with the build they efficiently dealt with the survey / permitted planning application to the local authority, and then advised of the build schedule for all the various trades people involved. Any questions / issues that needed discussion etc. were responded to quickly & resolved satisfactorily, with no conflict.
We were totally confident throughout the entire build that we would end up with a stunning Skyroom and we would have no hesitation in recommending Mendip Conservatories and the quality of the products & service they provide.

I contacted Mendip Conservatories about having my conservatory revamped to make it a more useable space. I decided to have a new roof with tiles on the outside. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism from start to finish and have now got a very pleasant room in which to spend time.

This is the second time we had used Mendip Conservatory & Windows Centre Ltd to install a conservatory. As before we were very pleased with product and the workmanship provided. Excellent service.

From the design and sale, to the groundwork’s, to the construction and to final finishes we can only say we were really impressed at the quality of work , the can do attitude of all of the staff from site work to the office team.

All trades were on time, polite, helpful and provided quality work. When as there always is in such undertakings any issues, they were dealt with and sorted by the office team.

We were a little worried about finding a company that we could rely on and trust to provide us with what we wanted but are really happy we went with Mendip Conservatory and Window Centre Ltd.

Even the guys from Wessex Water who came to check the drainage overbuild requirement were complimentary about their dealings with Mendip Conservatories.

We would recommend this company in an industry that can be a little unregulated to provide accurate up to date information, quality work and were simply great to deal with from start to finish.

Mendip Conservatories were brilliant! They completed the new conservatory in Chippenham ahead of schedule, to a great standard and were excellent value for money.
We are delighted with the result and would definitely recommend them.

Very tidy
efficient and on time would highly recommend

Mendip built our orangery type extension, with a lantern roof and bi-fold doors and although we had a number of build, design issues; what we have finished with is a quality product.
As a previous reviewer identified the majority of the building work was sub-contracted to Griffiths & Barnard.
Once our build issues became apparent, Kim came on site and addressed the issues and replacement items were order and fitted, with no fuss.
In addition, their supplied their handyman to finish off outstanding items or to fit additional trim, at no cost to myself.
The build process wasn’t, without pain and some frustration, however the quality of the tradesmen and the finished item, is something that we are delighted with.

The construction of the conservatory went very smoothly. All workmen arrived when they had been planned and worked extremely hard. I would particularly like to commend the two guys who constructed the main part of the conservatory following on from the foundations and wall being set.
Any queries were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction.

As always highly professional and customer focussed. Conservatory installed 8 years ago and not a single problem, until we recently lost our conservatory external door keys - replaced no hassle and no charge. Can't rate them highly enough!!

Honest, professional service. Fair price.Able to replace sealed unit only, rather than complete window- not all companies do this.Would recommend.

Everyone so prompt, efficient and courteous.

We chose Mendip Conservatories to replace our leaking and rotten timber conservatory for a new one with a solid roof with a glazed panel. The installers were clean, tidy, and did an excellent job. The plasterer did an exceptional job and was also as clean and tidy as you could expect for the type of work. The electrician did a super job and we employed him to do some extra "bits" around the house, which he was happy to do.
The office staff were friendly and helpful and we are delighted with the finished result. It looks amazing, and has passed the weather test. We now have an open plan room which can be used all year round and don't need the towels anymore! Many thanks to all involved!

Kim and his team provided me with first class customer service right from the initial enquiry into having a conservatory built, through the design stage and then finally the installation.
I was given a build schedule for the conservatory and was continually updated as the build progressed.
All personnel used throughout the build were both friendly and courteous and I’m really pleased with the finished product.
I would definitely recommend and use Mendip Conservatory & Window Centre Ltd again in the future.
