Mendokino 

I have been a Mendokino customer since summer of 2018. Their customer service and willingness to help me get started is second to none. My initial draw to Mendokino was the beautiful design of their cards and the possibility to have my own handwriting on them. I live overseas where just postage for a greeting card costs around $3 and our postal service is not reliable. In my line of work it is imperative to send cards to our partners and I also like to send cards to my friends, who are stateside. This is where Mendokino comes in. I know that the cards I chose, arrive reliably within just a few days and this feature saves me every time I realize last minute that someone's birthday/anniversary is around the corner. Mendokino cards are stunning, their variety is impressive and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Mendokino helps me stay in touch with friends and family. I am able to send a variety of cards for all occasions: birthdays, anniversaries, thank you notes, and sympathy cards. The customer service is exceptional, and they are also great about asking for feedback and continually staying on top of the needs of customers. I can't say enough about how helpful Mendokino has been. They even noticed when I forgot I already sent a card and tried to send a second one to the same person for the same occasion.

I've had nothing but an above-anticipated, above-expected experience with Mendokino. For starters, the product has been a delight to use. The website is easy to navigate and simple to utilize. The card selection is ever-growing for a wide range of tastes and styles, and the prices are a steal for those who need to get a lot of heartfelt cards out without the required time or patience to write them out one by one. The algorithm and system management behind the site is top-notch- letting me, the customer, know when there's a significant grammar problem or mismatch between card address and card recipient. Possibly even greater than the service itself is the customer service. Mendokino has easily been the best company I've ever worked with. Every one of the employee's I've met has been proactive, kind, and passionate about doing their job well and catering to the needs of the customers. I have felt well taken care of as a customer and deeply valued in light of Mendokino's overall mission. As a ministry worker, I am better enabled to complete my tasks in a time-efficient manner because of the product Mendokino provides, and for that I am really grateful!
