Responsive and professional
I placed an order for a perfume on the website. The order was in processing for 3 days till I contacted customer service to check up on it.
The customer service was helpful and responsive. The perfume I wanted was not available in stock ( although the website indicated its availability), so I asked for refund. The process was smooth and I got my money back in two days.
Overall, i would recommend using the website, however I believe it is better to check with customer service for the availability of products before placing ur order as the website inventory seems to be outdated/inaccurate.

Update: I was refunded after 6 months
I would like to provide update. I finally got refunded after 6 months of requesting refund. These reviews finally reached someone who values customer experience and she processed the refund, thanks.
I bought a perfume. After waiting more than a month for it, I contacted them and responded the product was not available. Requested refund, which they promised to do more than 5 times. Each time I contacted them, they responded the same thing; that the product is not available and they could refund me. It has been a vicious cycle with my contacting and trying to get refunded several times.
Also, they show address in the UK but it seems they are running business from Lebanon.
In summary, if you do not want to waste your money, go somewhere else

Once again Mr Ernesto, as we mention we tap payments process payment and refunds, yes and sometimes they do take time. As it's well know payment processers do delay refunds, and we can provide the information that we receive. And forcing them is not in our control, the most important this is that your Recieved your refund.
Pleasant buying experience
The items arrived in time, however, I had to pay customs at the DHL airport facilities which was not expected. After I explained the situation to the Mengotti representative, she apologised and kindly offered to refund me all the custom duties and DHL fees which I did receive yesterday. I found this behaviour to be very human and very professional from her and It shows that the company cares about their customers. I had a pleasant experience buying from Mengotti Couture, although, one of the 4 fragrances seemed expired compared with another one identical to it but the other two were good. Overall I recommend buying from them.

Refund Still Not Complete After 6 Months
Still getting the runaround stating my refund is on the way, however now nobody is responding to my emails or correspondence through WhatsApp. This is truly a pathetic experience of trying to rightfully get my refund from June 2023. I have all my email threads to prove it. Mike Timis is the person I last spoke with but he has ghosted me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Refund not completed after 2 months
I order a product that was showing as In Stock, but was actually sold out. I contacted the company and they took days to reply back. They promised to proceed with refund in few days.
After a week I contacted the support again, with the same delay, and the same results. No refund done.
To summarize the story, it has been more than 2 months without my refund. It is not possible that a refund takes that amount of time to be completed. Other ecommerce stores process the refund in 2 days.
Every time I contact the support, I receive 2 days later an email saying they are sorry. And that is it.
I am starting to think that this web site is a scam, after all the bad reviews all around.

I was a little worried that the fragrance i ordered wouldn't arrive due to some delay. After contacting Mengotti support they told me it would take a few days extra due to the flammable item Ministry of health stamp. I received my tracking, then received my order. Thank you will be back for sure.

I too ordered some some fragrances from Mengotti Couture on the 9 November 2023. The payment went through in Dubai.
On checking on the order after a few days, they said they were checking that they could fill the order.
Of course, when you ring the number it from Australia either says it's not the correct number or it just rings out,
Doesn't matter how often you contact them they don't respond and don't acknowledge your correspondence.
This Company purports to be based in London, however it's as close to London as I am in Australia.
This is a message to anyone who is thinking of purchasing anything from this company -DON'T
You will not get your products, neither will you get your money back.
They are absolute shonks and it's a pity their customer service doesn't match their upmarket web site.
They are the scum of the earth!!

I ordered some fragrances from Mengotti Couture,they use a TAPS system for payment,on the 26th September
On checking on the order after a few days, the status said refunded. This Company uses WhatsApp for their Business Account Communication. I received a WhatsApp message stating they are unable to post fragrances from Lebanon and I would be refunded. The refund is being processed by the Taps payment system, which has taken some time due to the conflict in the area. The refund has now hit my bank account. Thanks to Mengotti Couture persevering.
