Why are Facebook still allowing Menily to advertise - it is as much a disgrace as Menily themselves. After many attempts and emails I was advised my refund would be processed in 7 to 10 working days. When that expired today - I tried to send another email to 'service' - but now that is blocked/won't allow my email to be sent ! Utterly disgraceful Scap - they should be fined

The product I ordered are completely different from those I received in terms of material and quality. The material of the product I received are acryl and polyester which are dangerous for me because I have allergy against these products. I use either cotton or linen.

Ordered several items from this company whilst looking through the platform Pinterest? The clothes i ordered looked top quality and the prices should have rang alarm bells. Purchased 5 items, only 4 items arrived yesterday, what a shock, i have never seen such poor quality items.
Tried them on, not one size was as advertised, one item turned out to be a full length, bright orange coat?
Sent several mails but now realize these people are scammers, will be reporting them to Pinterest, AND WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE ON HERE SCAMMED SHOULD REPORT THE SCAM TO THE SOCIAL PLATFORM THEY USED.

I will be reporting them to the necessary trade body in China as companies like this are eroding China’s reputation around the world, and, when they find them, the owners will be serving time...

AVOID - complete rubbish

I made an order as it came up on my Instagram stream - I should have looked for Google reviews. I ordered beginning of Jan 2021 and waited weeks. Every time I emailed a different person responded with vague information - no continuity. Finally the orders came in different parcels - as they are all made from different suppliers in China. The quality does not match the online photos, sizing is variable despite following the guidelines and to return to change size you have to pay for return postage to China

As soon as pushed the button PayPal it took my money immediately and processed the payment, it didn’t take Mayo the next stage and ask me to confirm. That’s so suspicious I immediately contact PayPal and reported it. Also. Ami asked for a full refund and cancel payment. Just be careful guys.

They send you confirmation of your order within minutes of placing the order .
Then that’s it, no contact, cannot contact them via their tracking system as validation codes they give are virtually impossible to read and their system defaults to invalid all the time. No telephone number given , customer service emailed defaults to not found on google.
AVOID this company as they are totally SCAM merchants.

I just received my order 🤬 i wish i found this site sooner. Its junk and i’m definitely not as described in its website is very low quality. Plus you cant contact them or i cant.

Disappointed , No NEWS for My ordered Scam.

Don’t use this company. It’s a scam. I ordered something MONTHS ago, and I never received anything. I emailed again, and they said that they “ran out of stock” and for me to choose a comparable order (although the item was still in their website to purchase). I sent them a new item with the same result; no item was ever received.

Also, I had my password compromised after making an account for this company.

Don’t trust this company. Hope this helps someone.

I tried to cancel my order half an hour after I placed it. They replied, "Your order has shipped" Ridiculous!
The jacket l ordered came and it was pure CRAPOLA. JUNK! And despite all their sweet talk about returns, they do not provide a return address. STAY AWAY from this crap shop.

The product ordered at Xl size would not have fitted a size 8. No method of returning products apart from expensive local post to China. No sign of refund or acknowledgement of receipt until Paypal intervened when refund was immediate.

Waste of time, total scam. If you make the mistake of buying something, say goodbye to your money.

At all COSTS don’t ever buy from this company.....for up to Four months I’ve been trying to get my money back!!! They said for weeks that my waistcoat was on its way,then said it’s out off stock.Then weren’t getting any more🤔they just lie all the time....

Don’t use this shop, the seizes don’t fit, the material used are not what appears in the description and the worst is that when the package arrives and you want to return it, they don’t answer your message until it is to late and if you use the address that appear in the package received, they answer that is a wrong address and they don’t want to send your money back and they keep the items, of course.

It's a SCAM. The "cashmere blazer"and "suede jacket" I ordered were both made of cheap polyester. They refused to refund the money. Do NOT buy from them.

Buyer Beware! Read the reviews carefully they cannot all be wrong, do not trust the online catalogue or descriptions of items being sold. From my recent experience the descriptions are incorrect, the sizes stated are wrong, the pictures bare no relation to the product which will be delivered direct from China. My goods were poor quality shoddy expensive garbage. I can only speak from my own experience, but if I had read the reviews I would have been spared this experience, never again!
