This is a scam site, please don’t waste your money with these scammers. They just send you a garbage, totally different from what you have ordered. Just wondering when will these thieves be ever stopped.

Took 6 weeks to deliver the item to London.
Item that was delivered did not match the item that I ordered in the slightest.

Just a scam !
Have not received my items. Impossible to get through to their customer services. Just an automated voicemail in mandarin for a switched off phone. Online customer services requests online do not allow you to submit them! Don’t waste your money!!

I paid $32 for a shirt that was supposed to be black leather and red plaid. I received a cheap ugly shirt that was black with red clouds on it. I contacted them about the error and they want me to pay to return the shirt to them and they will then give me back $16, half of the cost of the shirt. I am disgusted by this company.

Absolutely rubbish material the t shirts look nothing like the ones in the brochure meant to be cotton but are some kind of elastic material they are a disgrace of a company

Wrong size sent. Zero customer service response. Terrible quality material so even if I had received the correct size it wouldn't be worth much. Wish I had checked these reviews first. Love and learn.

Like all the reviews I have read I have endured the same experience; (1) quality is dubious in comparison to advertised clothes (2) interminable delays in delivery (3) two orders placed -both orders incorrect (4) order is not checked against despatched items (5) wrong sizes delivered (6) wrong colours delivered (7) item received not part of the order (8) very confusing customer services responses (9) refund process seems to use delay tactics

appalling customer service, items do no represent the images they advertise on the websites, they are cheap copies, poorly manufactured out of poor materials, the sizes do not fit and manufacturing and cut is not professional or accurate, things taken so long to arrive, poor shipping, poor wrapped, damaged packaging and poor excuses on customer services. I have informed my credit card company that this company is bordering fraudulent in how they mislead and advertise products. social media platforms they use should take them down as they are ripping off customers in every way. I demanded a full refund but the customer services are appalling and the process is making me cry.

Took a month and a half to arrive and only received partially the goods. The second delivery took three weeks more and I received the wrong pants.
They offred to compensate a fraction of the price of the pant, but would not send the pants I’d ordered. There was a lot of back-and-forth messaging with customer service, but the offers remained totally unreasonable compared to the price I had paid for the pants I should have received. With taxes ecc that I had to pay for the wrong goods I counted that I lost some 60 €.
The quality is really bad and doesn’t match the pictures on their web. This was confirmed when I wore another pair of pants, I had ordered, for the first time. The seam unstitched after wearing them for the first time after about one hour.
I am never going to do business with them again a complete scam!

Wrong item size sent 3 times, only partial refunds to compensate for their mistake 3 times and poor quality materials. All in all terrible experience and just borderline scammy. Not shopping with these people ever again.

The clothes are expensive and the material used is AWFUL. Items don't fit according to the size charts. My order was missing items and I received items I did not order. Order took forever to receive and arrived with NO packing slip. I am still looking for return instructions. AVOID, save yourself the headache.

It doesn't need to be improved...they know exactly what they are doing....they are scamming people....please don't fall for it like I did..... all the products are fake....nothing like what you see on the site.....they are just laughing at us while they steel our money.

They sent me an item I did not order and refuse to give me a refund!!

Late arrivals to Starr with. Ordered a nice looking pair of cream, linen trousers. Something white, nasty and ugly arrived with big weird brown pockets halfway up the leg arrived. Ugly, cheap and nasty. No response by customer service

I ordered 7 different tank tops, took a month to arrive which is fine but none of them were actually what I ordered. Either the style was completely different, the colour was wrong or the size was wrong. Quality of clothes is cheap and material is horrible. Don't waste your money on this store

Dishonest company. Ordered something on 5 December and despite claims that it was shipped it never arrived. I had to go through the Paypal Buyer Protection to get my money back.

They are have the worst customer service. I ordered shirt and they said 14 days delivery. Finally received shot after 6 weeks and was the wrong shirt. I emailed them and they said they will refund me a quarter of that I paid. I still have not heard from them or received an emails. They just ghosted me. Now I’m stuck with This ugly shirt and no money

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers from Menily. They took 6 weeks to deliver the order. The trousers delivered did not match my order, or look anything like the pictures advertised, they were very cheap polyester goods. I have request a refund on these items from Menily, but they have yet to respond in a positive fashion. A very poor shopping experience, leaving me feeling cheated.
