Absolute Charlatons. !! didnt recieve what i ordered, ive never felt such terrible material in my life, claiming my money back through paypal, not even attempting to speak to the company. Even had to pay an additional 7 euros to post office to pick up the parcel.

Update : PayPal insisted I had to email the company direct . They replied giving me 2 options 1. Return the rags at my expense , or 2. Keep them and receive a 14 euro refund.

I gave them 2 options , 1. Pay me to return thier item or 2. Pay me a full refund . I received the full refund the next day

Very poor experience. Don't be conned by the pictures.
I should have been warned from the previous reviews. Three of the items I ordered were OK. However for the other two, they sent items that were nothing like the descriptions or the pictures. My guess is they were out of stock and they sent substitutes without asking me. These were not even remotely the same and I wont even use them. No point in trying to send them back for a refund as it will cost me more and I have already wasted my money.

My purchase was too big and poor quality. I have been trying to do an exchange for size or refund for the past 3 months, but not possible. They are a bunch of scammers. Please do not purchase anything from this so called company that does not exist.

I ordered a shirt and I received the wrong size. I emailed them back and they said I would need pay an additional $9 to get an additional shirt for the correct size, which I did. They sent another shirt, however, it was the wrong color. It's not worth the effort. Don't shop here, they are horrible. This company is very disorganized, and incapable of completing a simple order. I have told my friends on Facebook not to do business with this so-called company. They lack customer service experience.

Really wish I read the other reviews before ordering from them. Ordered 5 shirts and maybe one looked somewhat close to the picture advertised. The rest were very poor polyester knock offs of the shirts in the pictures that were clearly from different fabrics and were different cuts/fits. I would never buy another item from them.

Like everyone else on this review platform, my experience with this company has been absolutely shocking. They are essentially a criminal enterprise fraudulently selling items they have no intention of supplying.
Even more egregious and appalling has been the continued association by PayPal with this company. I have been in a resolution case with Menily for a month and PayPal continue to allow themselves to be used as a payment option, effectively legitimising their criminal activity. PayPal know this too - I have made it perfectly clear to them and yet they are still happy to be associated with a company causing distress and financial loss to thousands of people around the world. Stay well clear!
As an aside, if you do enter into a resolution case with PayPal and you win, you are still liable to pay the cost of shipping back to China which in some cases costs more than the items themselves. I think that's shocking in itself - why should we have to pay to send items back to China we haven't asked for? PayPal need to get their act together and deal with this.

Honestly, I didn't check the reviews before ordering my goods and after read all of them, I was really pissed off and worried about the delivery. And my experience was very good, I received my things after 3 weeks, good quality, exactly what I saw, just 1 one wrong size on 5 itens ordered. (m instead p, what feet better even. )
So , I can't avoid to praise the service that I receive even by mail's.

This must be the worst shopping experience ever, products substandard very poor. Mine arrived 2 months after ordering, faulty no response regarding returns! Never buy anything from this lot! You will be ripped off!

Unfortunately, I have not read the reviews here before I ordered from this company, this would have saved me a lot of trouble and money. one can only warn against such people and machinations.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. i was waiting 2 and a half mounth for a t-shirt, and today i recived a size xxxl and I order size M. The color is not the same...fake....

Do not order any product from this company,absolutely atrocious clothing,cheaply made,second grade materials and will not in any shape or form resemble anything like the photos it shows,just shocking.

You will not receive what you thought you were buying by looking at the picture on Menily's website. Cheap fabric and wrong size shipped from China.

This is a SCAM company, I ordered 2.x roti makers and order was confirmed by email and than a week later cancelled and no refund sent. Now they won't answer my emails and their mobile number advertised is switched off. This scam company is being advertised on Facebook, please avoid as you will be ripped off.

I ordered two waistcoats and after insisting on getting my order I received a product with no relation to what is advertised. A piece of synthetic fabric with a print, the wrong size. And I did not receive the two items.
A complete scam.
Now they went me to send it back for a refund, when they should have checked what they sent me.
The value of the item is 10 times less.
Don’t buy from them. You are going to be cheated. They appeared on Pinterest. Please denounce the company .

I ordered a Blue Waistcoat based on a picture I had seen online on Pinterest linked to Menily.com. I was unaware that this company is based in China. After making a payment via PayPal, I eventually received a garment made of the cheapest polyester (not woollen as it appeared in the picture advertisement) in not only the wrong size (4XL !!) but also the wrong colour (Grey !!) and even different buttons too !! After filing a complaint I did (amazingly) receive a refund less the cost of postage which I had paid (£7.27). There was no offer from Menily to refund the postage of a return to them so I didn't bother. You can believe everything you read on Trustpilot about this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AT ALL SINCE YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE BUYING NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT LOOKS IN THE PHOTO ADVERTISING IT. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE LEAVES A BITTER TASTE AND THIS COMPANY CLEARLY HAS NO CONCEPT OF TRADING STANDARDS AND IS RIPPING OFF THE CONSUMER. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHINA IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.
