Bought for hubby who suffers from extremely cold fingers, especially in the evening. His opinion? "Brilliant - a real Godsend". The cover allows use like a muff to warm hands. Charge it up for 10 minutes (the full 15 is too hot) and it stays warm for hours. It is already filled, so just plug in to warm it, unplug it and voila! warm hands.

I already had this product and have bought it again to give as a gift. Very useful if you have cold hands problem. Sizewise / convenient ...could be used by spectator at outdoor sport games. Mine stays warm for a few hours.

Bought for my Mom she suffers from Arthritis and always has cold hands. She loves it and uses it every day, it heats up fast. It is too hot on her legs so we put a cushion under it. I tried it out at home before giving it her at first it smelt of chemicals but my husband said it was because it was new.Used it a few times and the smell disappeared so we gave it to her 10/10 👍
