The headset was not fit for purpose as it was not possible to focus on the phone screen without severe eye strain after only a few minutes use - not good at all for young eyes. However, customer services were excellent on the live chat and there was no quibble about either returning it by post or in store. We returned it to the Meadowhall store where açai they refunded the money with no hassle.

It’s a birthday present hasn’t been used yet
Not clear from online description or the box that the headset is just a holder/viewer for a mobile phone - not inbuilt VR! Child complained of nose bridge being uncomfortable. Cheap, overpriced, poor quality product from China.

The foam around the eyes is so soft you can feel the hard plastic which leaves marks on your face. The clasp to close takes a number of times before it decides to catch.

Poor design means holder presses either volume or power switch meaning game is not playable. Foam pads supplied to prevent this do not work. Very poor design and clearly not been tested before production. Avoid.

Very disapointed with the product. Ordered for my 7 year old son. Headset too heavy, the app keeps crashing. Very frustrating to use, set up or race. Concept wise it's ok, but I can't see how can anyone actually play racing using this device.

Unfortunately, we were unable to use it. We paired it to the phone but it just got stuck on the pairing screen. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing worked so we have to send it back.
