I was sent a used and scratched item which was far from ideal as it was a birthday present and resulted in a very disappointed 5yr old when I said he could use it just yet. Customer service was also far from helpful. After a long discussion they eventually agreed I could exchange in store rather than go through sending it back in the post. Shop assistant advised the item I received was the old model which shouldn't have gone out, exchanged for newer model which was great. Asked shop assistant to check for damage and was told there are some finger prints on the glass but you'll just have to clean them off yourself. Customer service left little to be desired for but my little boy was over the moon with his present.

This jelly fish lamp is so lovely, it’s actually therapeutic. Two big jelly fish and two small ones, floating around. The size is very good, not too big and not too small, worth every penny and so glad I purchased this.
