My parcel went missing with Evri
My parcel went missing with Evri, Mia in customer care very quickly tried to trace my parcel as there were no updates from Evri.
Once it seemed that it had gone missing, she very quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out & the delivery charge reimbursed.
