There is so much amazing information here and all delivered in easily digestible chunks. It was really simple to access so I could squeeze in 20-30 mins at a time which is great to navigate around an already busy life.

I have spent the last 6 months reading books and working through every menopause site I could find. I would have rated my knowledge as high. This training has been very valuable and is practical and accessible. The tone of the communitation is also not intimidating and I have enjoyed gaining this knowledge immensely. Thank you! (I will however need to read it over and over to ensure it sticks in this menopause neural mess that is my brain.)

The online training is Amazing (Perimenopause, Menopause, and Post-menopause), lots of useful information and guidance for a life changing experience.
It will really help you better understand and take control of your Mind & Body.

I throughly enjoyed a recent informative menopause day conference run by Menopause Experts in York. The day was filled with information and advice on the symptoms of the peri-menopause and how to help yourself with HRT, diet and mindfulness. The personal experiences from some of audience were heart rending and highlighted the importance of raising awareness of this very important subject.

I enjoyed every second of this course. So full of knowledge, tackling taboo subjects, informative and interesting. Being in my 50s some of my friends are asking me Menopause questions and since starting this course I have been able to recall information and give advice. Thank you to everyone involved in making this learning a pleasure. xxx

Coming from a holistic approach myself, with years of personal experience and my own research on hormonal health, I was unsure wether the information would oppose what I had already learned along the way, and it didn't, it exceeded my expectations. I first came across Menopause Experts when looking for information to help understand my own menopause experience.

I have since qualified as an Executive Menopause Coach with another organisation. I was so impressed the information and support provided by menopause experts that I decided to join as both a Brand Champion and Ambassador to enable me to share the education with as many people as possible!
