I bought some tennis shoes and they sent me the wrong number from the day I received them. I tried to communicate with them and they won't answer you !!! and after a month they tell me that they can no longer do anything because time has passed .... DO NOT BUY IN THIS BOUTIQUE !!!!! DO NOT REPLACE YOU !!!!! very disappointed !!!

I ve purchased two pairs and one of them is a different product that the one I ordered. Litteraly a different shoe ! I m trying to get in touch with them since a week but I get no answere from them from mail or even social medias.

Ordered one pair of shoes on 31 January, until now i dont have any news,no tracking number ..they don t answer the emails,whats ..nothing.ORDER #MLB51741 worst experience ever!!!

They give false information - how can you give a shipment number and the goods hasn’t even been accepted/arrived with the courier. I have been chasing them, but to no avail. Emails upon emails. This is just ATROCIOUS! Can’t believe that this kind of poor service exists today! I guess they don’t even read these reviews cause all thy care about is collecting people’s money!

I ordered Men Luxury Boutique sneakers for the first time. After one month waiting time, I received something TOTALLY DIFFERENT.

I needed the plate cushion style, but the one I received was NOT. Even while I was waiting for the arrival I contacted to customer service so many times by email but nobody replied.

I need the product as the pic they put on website.

This is my worst experience of online shopping in my 30+ yrs life.

P.S. I reported as above through IG's DM, then they blocked me.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!! Dreadful service! Ordered trainers back in Oct from this company.. shoes have arrived and 1 month later I have now received a bill from FedEx for import tax (£40!!) it clearly states its free shipping worldwide on the site and nobody from this company will get back to me. I’ve emailed them three times!!!
Absolute waste of time... do not buy from this company. FedEx have said I am liable for this debt and will need to pay it or it will go to a debt collection agency.. so angry

Received a wrong pants size after 2 months of waiting.

It took 3 month's but they finally came today. I can't wait to wear them tomorrow,also they are very comfortable and come with a bag to put them in. Very happy with the shoes and if i do order shoes again i now i know how long it takes.

I paid £79 for a pair of trainers on 24th November. I received an automatic email saying the items would be a little late and since then we've heard nothing. track number LZ504779109CN, where I see my goods in China now! Total theft!!

They are horrible...FRAUD...i have made an order at 29.11.2020 and today is 13 January 2021 and nothing is arrived...i send 7 times email to tell me where is my order and just an automatic reponse....so dont waste your money hereeee...they steal money...FRAUDDD...FRAUDDDD 🤢🤮🤮🤮
Going to get them blocked in my contry by having a report to police and going on court

I got my 13 year old boy a pair of runners for Christmas.
Absolute junk ... he tried them on and wore them once. Terrible quality and definitely not something I’d want him to wear.

Paid for a pair of shoes on 09 Nov and till date have only received a tracking number which the tracking site does not accept. Horrible service. No reply to the emails sent. No news of the shoes.

Good quality.

Cool designs when seen on their website with obvious photoshop edits, but the reality is different. Quality of the men sneakers is unbelievably cheap and cannot be reliable.

This is terrible... quick to take my money for an order but no order number or confirmation of my order, payment was made and all my items are still in the cart... I want my money back please.....

1) I have received shoes after 60 days of waiting
2) Shoes looking same way, as they were exposed on site, however, still needed test of time to understand overall quality
3) three stars for poor client service (no response in any social medias or messengers) and huge waiting time

Bought x9x runners for my son, ordered early November, heard nothing for over three weeks, sent email asking where are my items, got same standard email reply as everyone else, (even their replies to the reviews here are the same), amazingly, three days after email, they arrived with a post date of the same date I sent my email looking for them 🤔, these were trainers reduced from £278 to £70, (so they say), they arrived unwraped/unboxed, just two trainers in a plastic bag, and finally, the quality of the trainers, material quality, I would give it 2 out of 10, durability, about 1 out if 10, value for money, 0 out of 10, these are as cheap as you could possibly get, a £2.99 pair of crocks bought in your local thrift shop would be better value, last longer, even weight more than these trainers😠 My advice, block this companies site, buy anywhere else except here, complete rip off.
