I've ordered a bunch of times from Mens Wearhouse and I can tell you 2 out of the 6 times I have received my items. The company doesn't care, their internal process is poor and the stores are dead yet don't ship items when they are supposed to. So if they are shipping it from a store, the odds are even if you buy it, they will wait for someone to grab it from the street. This is piss poor business and companies like SuitSupply are going to eat them for lunch. I have been a great customer to Men's Wearhouse. But you just lost me...First time I ordered a suit for my sister in laws funeral and it never shipped, the second time a pair of pants, the third time a blazer. Between technical glitches on their computer and lazy employees, it looks like they are heading to Chapter 11. Sad, just sad.

Such rude staff in Avondale AZ. Went in because we saw their ads online for the sales they were having. Asked the sales rep to see the ones on sale he laughed in our face. I provided my budget he laughed in my face. We left absolutely rude af. Will never ever go there again or refer people to go.

We visited Men's Warehouse in Cherry Hill, NJ on 1/21 and felt like we received the royal treatment from Shya (sp?). She honestly could not be more helpful and accommodating in a pinch! We rolled in @ 8:30 p.m. and rolled out with a new suit and dress shirt (pressed and all) @ 9 p.m. something I did not think we would be able to pull off. In addition to truly being a life saver, she was also very pleasant and professional. We were very appreciative of her efforts and hope she receives the recognition she deserves. - Tom Daly

We worked with two sales representatives (Yami & Paul) at the Schaumburg location. After working with Paul we decided we would rather purchase instead of rent a tux. This was the first of our children to get married and hopefully there are future possible occasions. He was able to pick out my exact size just by observing me.
After deciding to buy, we worked with Yami. She was very knowledgeable and also good at picking out a tux and shirt that fit me well. She also made made suggestions for alterations, accessories, etc. that were all on point.
To sum it up - I looked good at my son's wedding!

Walked in, was greeted professionally. We received very good and informed help. Our salesmen was Nikits Miskevich @ the Puyallup, WA location.

Mens Wearhouse could not ship the correct item from a single-item order and provided no meaningful resolution. Customer service stated a reorder would be placed but refused to provide confirmation or proof, instead telling me to call back later for a tracking number. Requests to speak with a supervisor were ignored entirely. Overall, an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I recently bought a three-piece suit. I worked with both Tish and Chris and I found them very professional and very helpful, they ordered my vest for me so it would fit perfectly, and I just got done being measured for alterations. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend the Men’s Wearhouse in Southland Mall.

I rented a tuxedo. My experience was very positive. The salesperson had the tuxedo delivered to the store several weeks before the event so that there would be no last-minute histrionics. When the tuxedo and accessories arrived in the store, I dressed up and found that the pants had not been sufficiently shortened. This issue was taken care of on site within 30 minutes. The sales people were exceptionally accommodating, and the furnished product looked great. The wedding was in another state, and I took a mini-vacation before it. So the rental tuxedo was in my hands for approximately two weeks. There was no surcharge for the extended rental as I have experienced at other rental establishments. So I give Men's Wearhouse high marks for their product and their treatment of customers.

I am a long-time customer and business owner every year for Christmas I purchase a dozen or more gift cards for my management team. You have a program for every dollar you spend you get points. This is a good incentive for me to purchase gift cards as gifts.
The problem is I spend a couple thousand dollars on gift cards which are than given as gifts then I'm told that I do not get the point on my account with gift card purchases. The points go to the person using the gift card.
This is insane I'm purchasing the gift. The customer that goes into the store is getting $150 of free clothing from me and they're supposed to get the points on the money that I spent.
This is not the first time that I've ran into this problem two years ago. Same scenario I called men's Wearhouse main office they apologized and told me that they have changed the practice and that the purchaser, the individual who spends the money should be getting the points.
Last night I went into the Ann Arbor location and the manager who's been with the company for a long time has informed me that they cannot give me the points. He was very kind and I did not want to dispute the matter with him I simply told him that I will no longer be purchasing gift cards for My staff

I did speak with Morrie today from the head office she was kind enough to explain the policy and agrees with me, that it makes no sense, the points should be given to the individual who makes the purchase.

DONT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!!Men's Warehouse on Shaw in Fresno cannot be trusted!!! READ BEFORE YOU PLAN ON GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Long story short....They completely jacked my order up and took zero self accountability. I had big special functions and it was important how I looked. They lied, rude, and put the blame on others but themselves!!!!!! They collect your money and know by the time you pick up your suit it's too late for any other options so they give you whatever they want. I tried to talk to the General manager Terrell and he's a slug! And gets his feelings hurt because he has an ego problem. He's the leader of this building and his leadership reflects the performance of this building. He just directs you to the 800 number! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

Men’s Wearhouse provides great tuxedo for the Asheville Ballet Nutcracker show each year. They make us adult male party guests looking very sharp on stage. Always appreciate their work for the ballet company and for the Nutcracker production. Very easy to work with as well.

This business has nothing but completely incompetent employees who have zero care for customer service. They ruined our wedding by giving us someone else’s suit in the bag. Completely wrong. Wrong size wrong style wrong color. Then they offered zero compensation and had no remorse for ruining our day. They should be put out of business. Do not give them your money!!! Warning!! Men’s wearhouse is horrible!!!

I took my son and his two sons to be fitted for suits for my daughter's wedding the staff where helpful professional and attentive I received text messages letting us know our orders where ready to be picked up over all the experience was ideal the suits looked amazing the fit was prefect

I went in to buy a few ties. After selecting them, I walked around the store multiple times trying to find an employee to check me out. I genuinely could not even identify who worked there.

A couple of customers were already near what looked like the checkout area. I politely asked them, “Are you in line to check out?” One of them replied, “We’re being checked in,” so I said, “Okay, I’ll get in line.”

At that moment, someone — apparently an employee — jumped up and snapped at me:

“WELL I GUESS I’LL JUST DROP WHAT I WAS DOING AND TAKE CARE OF YOU!”

The tone was aggressive and completely unnecessary. I immediately apologized to the customers, telling them I didn’t mean to cut ahead and that I could wait.

The employee then sarcastically said:

“NO, YOU ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO US.”

It was rude, unprofessional, and left me genuinely stunned.

In hindsight, I wish I had simply walked out and said, “Keep your ties.” Instead, I still completed the purchase — a decision I now regret.

This visit was enough for me to say with full confidence:
I will not be returning to Men’s Wearhouse again.

My alteration was completed correctly and on time. My sales person Shelby was very professional, helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to assist with with my additional puchases. I love to shop at Men's Wearhouse!

I actually like Men's Wearhouse, got great service a few years ago at the Lynnwood WA location, had a suit custom made, Jos Aboud to be exact, & since then my portly body became 'more portly' & now I now live in Sequim WA. Portly is a disease that progresses with age so now need the suit altered to fit. Nearest MWH is in Silverdale but they lost their tailor. Next is Tacoma which is almost a 2 hour drive. Called, explained my situation needing major alterations, confirmed the need for a timely service & the distance. No problem, come on down. Upon arrival, explained reason for the visit THEY explained to me, "cannot do the alterations unless the suit had been recently dry cleaned &, no, they wouldn't cut me any slack. 4 hours wasted because the associated from the phone call didn't have the presence of mind to mention their hard fast rule. Should I blame the employee ??? Yes, a little BUT shame on MWH for not properly training the staff. I hate to drag the other stores down, but this is the only way to get the message across to management. Bet they won't take the time to respond to me, BUT, if they do I might add some stars.

Review for Men’s Wearhouse – 7000 Austin Street, Forest Hills, NY 11375

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I went to pick up my rental suit for a wedding this Saturday, and it was a complete letdown. After driving 30 minutes and paying $2.50 for metered parking, I expected things to go smoothly — but that was not the case.

The pants were far too short, stopping about three inches above my ankles, and the suit jacket was too small. When I asked what measurements they had taken, no one could give me an answer. The employee then told me I’d have to come back another day because the jacket wasn’t in stock — even though my event is this Saturday. I was told they would FedEx it, and I’m now hoping it arrives by noon the next day.

To make matters worse, the shirt they handed me looked like it had been stuffed in a pocket — completely wrinkled and unpresentable. When I pointed this out, the employee confirmed that was indeed the shirt I was supposed to wear.

Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If the wedding weren’t just days away, I would have requested a refund and gone elsewhere. I will not be returning to this Men’s Wearhouse location and strongly recommend others look elsewhere for formalwear rentals.
