Outstanding Service and Experience at…

Outstanding Service and Experience at Men’s Wearhouse – Thank You, Kevin Jones!

I had a last-minute security detail come up, and just one day before the event, I found myself needing a new suit. I went to Men’s Wearhouse at 1210 Carl D. Silver Parkway in Fredericksburg, VA, where I picked up a shirt and started looking at suits. Although I saw some great options, I decided to check a few other stores nearby to see if I could find a better deal.

After searching around, I realized nothing else compared to what I had seen—and experienced—at Men’s Wearhouse. I returned later that same day, but by the time I got there, the store had just closed. So I came back first thing the next morning, just hours before my event, and that’s when I had the pleasure of being helped by Kevin Jones, the store manager.

Kevin was absolutely outstanding. He helped me find the perfect suit—even though it was a bit more than I had originally planned to spend. He walked me through more affordable options, but in the end, I decided to treat myself. Kevin got the pants hemmed in under 10 minutes, and when I tried on the full suit, I felt sharp, confident, and ready. I have to say, I looked amazing from neck to toe!

To top it all off, Kevin helped me pick out the perfect pair of shoes to match the suit. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm, courteous approach made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable—especially given the tight timeframe. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was fully prepared for my job.

I’ll absolutely be back in the future, and I believe Kevin deserves serious recognition—or even a raise—for the incredible service he provided. Thank you, Kevin! I truly appreciate everything you did.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience when i went to pick my suit up.

i couldn't move my arms and they didn't have a size bigger i needed it for a wedding. they were no help.
i said refund it and left to go buy something else to wear to the wedding. came back with the receipt and other items purchased. they said they wouldn't refund it. called customer service they called the store in lone tree Colorado 80124 and said there was nothing they could do. So i filed a dispute and made a charge back. not only that they called me fat and i some how agreed to wear it tight and open. a complete lie. Plus the suit was loose in the chest and only very restrictive in the arms. (couldn't grab a drink from a tray.. lift a fork to my mouth.. use a microphone.)
This guy that was telling us this wasn't even there when i came in to pick it up. They tried to make us take it.. we refused. Never shop there.. their 90 return policy is complete BS. we never left with the suit as i couldn't move my arms. ridiculous

I had a very disappointing experience…

My experience with Men’s Wearhouse was disappointing. I purchased a suit set for $538.93 on May 30th, and returned the next day after finding a better deal. The store manager refused to process the return, claiming the removed tags made it “unverifiable”—even though they were removed at checkout, not by me. Customer service wasn’t helpful either. I expected better support from a company that advertises a 90-day satisfaction policy.

Men’s Wearhouse in Maple Shade

Went to Men’s Wearhouse in Maple Shade, NJ today with my young adult son to buy a suit for an upcoming family wedding. The female employee had just waited on a couple who walked in ahead of us. A gentleman was on the phone, but paused to let us know someone would help us in a minute. We were both hoping it would be him, because he was dressed impeccably and looked like he knew what he was doing. And luckily, we were waited on by him—Jorge. He listened to what we needed, asked about our preferences, measured my son and immediately started assembling suit pieces. Within a very short time he had the suit jacket and pants marked for alterations, a shirt that fit right and even a beautiful tie that neither of us would have picked—but when Jorge laid it out for us, it was so classy and stylish! Jorge was very helpful, offering tips and explanations, and we knew we were in good hands. He even offered to show my son how to tie the tie since my son said it’d been years and he wasn’t sure if he remembered. We were very happy with the help and feel good about the purchase. And, the alterations will be done in a week!!! And Jorge also had a good, however somewhat reserved, sense of humor. He is a class act himself.

No Customer Service at ALL!

I went to two different locations. One in Annapolis MD and the other in Gambrills MD; got the same service...NONE! I went in and tried on several suits and looked at the inventory. At no time did anyone attempt to assist, sell any product or even make contact. After waiting a short while, I left both stores. First impressions are lasting ones.

Random order cancellation and the absolute worst customer service

I placed an order for a suit, shoes, and a belt. 6 days after the order was placed (and one day after it was supposed to arrive) I received an email telling me my order was cancelled. When I tried to contact support I was bounced around between AI chat bots and various representatives all of which were telling me different reasons why the order was cancelled. I have a wedding in two weeks which is what the suit order was for, I am now short on time to get another suit and when I asked Men’s Warehouse if there was a guarantee my new order would not be cancelled they said there was no way to guarantee if they actually had the items their website says they have.

Shopping exclusively at MW since 1988…

Been shopping exclusively at MW since 1988. I cannot say enough high praises. As an executive I always looked good even as my wieght went up and down, as the styles changed MW associates advised me. By the time I was fitted, shirts and ties were laid out. In 40 years of business never went anywhere else. Southlake Texas store is the best. 6 sons married, 5 tuxedo rentals for each.

Men's Wearhouse

Men's Wearhouse - Springfield, Pennsylvania: A 5-Star Shopping Experience!

If you're in the market for menswear in Springfield, Pennsylvania, look no further than Men's Wearhouse. My recent experience there was nothing short of exceptional, earning them a well-deserved five-star rating.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly by Chris, who set the tone for what would become an outstanding shopping experience. As someone who has been shopping and in business for many years, I can confidently say that Chris provided the most helpful customer service I've ever encountered.

Chris guided me through their impressive selection of suits and other menswear items with expertise and patience. What impressed me most was his ability to efficiently help me find exactly what I needed without wasting any time.

The speed of service was remarkable, yet never felt rushed.
The entire staff at this location maintains the same high standards, creating an atmosphere that makes shopping for formal wear a pleasure rather than a chore.

If you're looking for quality menswear paired with exceptional customer service in Springfield, I highly recommend visiting Men's Wearhouse and asking for Chris. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly outstanding.

A job well done, Chris! Stay awesome!

Buyer BEWARE

Buyer BEWARE! I have been a long time Men's Wearhouse customer. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on clothing from there. I have recently had several pair of pants fail, in the exact same spot, on the left rear pocket corner. I do not put anything in this pocket, I do not sit weird on this pocket. All of my dress clothes are professionally dry cleaned, and tend to last me a very, very long time. After the first pair ripped, I reached out to MW and was told there was nothing they could do, it was out of the return/exchange timeframe. I threw them in the trash, then a few weeks later, another rip in the same(exact same) spot, threw them out. I order several more pair of the same brand "Kenneth Cole". Now, I'm in fear of any others ripping, so each morning, I search the pocket area to make sure I do not wear a ripped pair to work. I have 6 more pair, all failing in the same spot! But what I noticed, is on the new pairs (when I'm searching the pocket area in the morning), all have a new reinforcement patch in this exact area...... this tells me that the manufacture had a known issue, and since make a change to fix the issue. Well to me, if the issue was a craftsmanship error, I feel the manufacture should stand behind their product, and offer some compensation. So, since MW wouldn't offer to help, I reached out to Kenneth Cole directly via email and told them the same story. They replied very quickly, apologized for the issue and asked me to provide my order number, that should start with "KCNY". Once I replied with " I don't have an order # starting with KCNY, as I purchased these pants from Mens Wearhouse", they replied with " Unfortunately, all Kenneth Cole products sold at Men's Warehouse are manufactured by Men's Warehouse, so our in-house production does not have insight into this exact issue." . So, this leads me to believe that these are not authentic Kenneth Cole pants! Why would Kenneth Cole tell me this in an email, if it wasn't true. So, I reached back out to MW and asked to speak with some higher ups. I was sent an email and asked to send pics of the faulty pants and the email from Kenneth Cole. I did so. I heard nothing back, so I reached out again asking if they go the email. They replied with an apology and offered a $50 gift card, and tried to reassure me the pants are real Kenneth Cole. I didn't feel like $50 was fair compensation and requested a manager or supervisor get in touch with me. This morning, I did get a call from a woman claiming to be someone higher than just customer service. She immediately tried to focus on " we do not sell counterfeit clothing... I asked her why would Kenneth Cole claim you do? She didn't have an answer. She also had no idea when I purchased these pants. She claimed the were bought back in 2020.... Nope, sorry. She should have gathered some facts before calling me. The long of the short of her phone call was "this is just normal wear, and we are not doing anything", "if the problem doesn't happen within 90 days of purchase, we will not do anything". So folks, If you want to try you luck, pay Kenneth Cole prices for "in-house made clothes", you should expect them to last around 90 days. I have a closet FULL of pants and suits from Men's Wearhouse, I have sent many people to them, I never expected I was buying counterfeit clothing. Every pair of these pant has a Kenneth Cole Label (at least 1 label sometime more than one), but Kenneth Cole tells me they are counterfeit. Buy at your own risk and choice, this is just my experience.

Do not know how to size a suit

They (2 salesmen) sized me into a size 50R suit and said it looked great, we used the excuse of sending a photo of it to the daughter to leave without purchasing. Went to a different place, Macy's, and they sized me into a 44R and it fit perfect. The people they have working there have no idea what they are doing.

Absolutely atrocious customer service

Absolutely atrocious customer service! Ordered a pair of boots. They sent me a vest. Shipping label, packing label said boots. The customer service rep said.. oh just return vest to any store and we will ship your boots out straight away.. 3 weeks later still no boots. They basically stole my 40.00 bucks. Piss off.

Hillsboro Pike store sucks

Never acknowledged. They only focused on weeding party. No one working cash register. Looked like no one was in charge and could lead the lost workers. I would have left but I needed to exchanged my sons suit.

Poor experience!!

Poor experience!!! Do not use men’s wearhouse for your wedding party. They got the sizing wrong and my groomsman had to wear a black jacket a complete different color from the rest. My wedding pictures looks a mess!

Negative stars

I would leave a negative star review if I could. My son and his groomsmen went there for suits. One of the guys wore his own jacket to the wedding because he looked like a child wearing his father’s jacket and his own shirt cause there was a stain on the one they gave him. My son in law whom was also in the wedding suit was terrible, the neck on his shirt could have had 2 necks in it and the jacket was hangy. The shoes were awful and felt like plastic. You can buy a suit for the price they charge. I don’t know how they are still in business. Very disappointed.

Not the store for African Americans!

Went into the store in Oklahoma City to get a tuxedo for my son's prom. As African Americans I can't help but feel disrespected and discriminated against. We waited 10 mins before we were acknowledged. I was told to look at the book, pick something and they would take his measurements and have it in 2 days before prom. I asked about trying on some of the suits and was firmly told they don't do that however there were Caucasian young men trying on suits! I have 3 sons and I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A MENS WAREHOUSE EVER! Furthermore their prices were almost double for the same bowties and ties at another store! Worst customer service experience ever!
