What a joke of a company, 3 years later and my refund still has not been processed! Useless customer service - they just laugh at you and ignore you, this is the only company out there I remember with utter resentment. Would one million percent say stay as far as possible from them!

Once again fantastic service from the guys at Merakilo. Absolutely love the taped sweater and joggers set got all sets now! The fit and quality is spot on. Ordered two Gilet's last week, one for me and my son. Ordered Saturday and both had arrived on Monday. Can't fault that level of service!

Ordered some loungewear from here, and to be honest never read the reviews as I wouldn’t have ordered due to the negative reviews but my order came within days and it was all correct so well done... the hoodie is soo comfy by the way!!

Best quality gym clothes I have ever bought!! Clothes are true to size, amazing fit, reasonable price and the leggings are squat proof, their new fleece crop jumper is honestly the most comfiest item of clothing I have ever bought. Not one negative thing to say about my order will definitely be ordering more from Merakilo.

The service provided from start to finish was seamless. The items that I ordered where processed quickly and efficiently. I particularly like the feel and fit of the leggings as buying the right leggings for workouts has been an issue for me in the past, not anymore. I cant wait for new lines and products.

We use merakilo for our business uniform and I couldn’t fault the service or quality! Our uniforms are constantly in the washing machine and they never fade pluck or shrink! All queries dealt with immediately and orders are delivered within days! Definitely highly recommend!

I honestly wished I checked the reviews before I ordered..

I ordered on the 28th of December 2020. I knew that there was likely to be some delay due to covid however I thought it was best to contact them just to get some sort of idea as to when I was likely to receive my order. I emailed them which I had nothing back, so I instagram messaged them, to which they ignored. Next I tried facebook, nothing. I then commented on one of their posts, that they had to cheek to delete. So now I have sent them another email where they have had three options; 1 they answer my enquiry and I receive my parcel, 2 they give me a full refund or 3 they ignore me and I seek legal advise. At this rate I've got a feeling its going to option three which is a real shame as a family member of mine has actually featured on the instagram page in the past...

*UPDATE*
So, finally I did receive my order however I haven't even worn the leggings I bought a handful of times and the seam on the inner leg has already started coming apart. No point in returning them though and I doubt I'd get a refund. Also I think its very cheeky for a company to direct message and say as an apology they would like to add a free gift in you next order..to then straight after ask to delete my honest review. I can assure you I will not be shopping with them again. I think their management team needs to have a serious think about this company.
