My car was in for its regular service as part of the service plan.
The service i received from mike was excellent as usual.
I must also give thanks to josh, the technician who carried out the service.
He's health check video was easily the bedt I've had. Where as normaly its very difficult to hear whats being said, josh chose the perfect time with no background noise and was clear in his descriptions of my car.
Well done josh , I look forward to you dealing with my car in future.

Repair of Indicator - not quite solved yet
My car was in for the repair of the right hand indicator on mirror housing. I was told that it was due to water that got in the housing somehow
When i got my car back, I noticed a gap on the housing. I sent pictures to the person in charge of the repair, Gemma Vincent
She emailed back: "Yes no problem, I will have my team call you took in for a mobile service visit."
James visited me at home and took a look. They said it will be dealt with on the 9th of Jan 26, when my MOT & Service is carried out
Today, 9th of January 2026 - all was fixed

Sam Ward's customer service was exceptional. My purchase was not straight forward as I had to deal with a running deal which had 4 months left, but he took over and handled everything for me. He kept me informed every step of the way, and what started as a general enquiry ended with a purchase of my other dream car. In his absence he made sure I had contacts just in case, Matt and Shakira were great. Will recommend their Dealership in a heart beat.

Having had a stroke recently I arranged collection and delivery of my car for its annual service and MOT.
All went to plan and I was notified of the work involved for the car to pass its mot.

We booked our car in for the annual service as we always do. It was easy to book and the team are all courteous and professional.
Our car was ready on time and we were advised of further work that was required, but that it would be covered under “Good Will Extended Warranty “ which they arranged and we are very grateful.

I would definitely recommend buying a car from this car centre
We called in to try & find a small used EV in my price range but there were none in stock at that time. Kaydee managed to find me a four seater Smart car from their sister garage, I hadn't considered a Smart car but Kaydee was very knowledgeable & after talking to her & a test drive she was proved right, she had found me the perfect little town car in my price range. She even delivered the car to me in Paignton, I couldn't have asked for better service, Kaydee is an asset to the company.
