May 10 I ordered on merimobiles.com a phone and I paid by SKRILL.In the coming days I sent an email in which I asked for my order status, because the order doesn't show up in my account .

They answered no update on my order status .

I waited a few days, I asked again, same answer. After 10 days I wrote again, since no one answers me . Clearly, they stole my money. $ 200 thrown away.

NEVER EVER buy from them because they are thieves and liars! I started looking on the internet and found out that they stole from many money!

I also opened a dispute on Norton Shopping Guarantee because apparently all orders on merimobiles.com are guaranteed by Norton Shopping Guarantee , but no answer yet.

I got LeTV Le MAX phone on time via DHL. All things are fine. I'm happy with my phone. Thanks for the delivery on time. Will use your service again. Thanks a lot...!!!

Merimobiles - Avoid this shop!!! Worst shopping experience ever!!!!

Got a LeTV x800 from this shop , with some accessories.
First thing: I choose to shipped it by DHL, but after 3 days, they said me that's not possible. I live in Brazil, and they keeping trying to make me send it by NL Post.
I have a Ship To address, and sent to them to try to make the thing happen.
After some conversations by email ( Customer Support only answers after 2 or 3 days ), no deal.
I got PISSXXX off, and ask for a refund. Again, until now , no conclusion. Now, after 15 days, I don't have the phone and they have my money. Already contact PayPal and open a dispute! Avoid them!

Bought xiaomi mi5 and received it fast via Dhl was quite surprised, they answered fast my emails I would shop there again

I ordered a Xiaomi Mi4c on 10th May. Waited for the said 5 working days and didn't receive any notification about shipping. I emailed them twice and got no reply what so ever. Contacted them through the chat service and first day the agent said they will ship 'tomorrow'. Again I contacted the next day and another guy said they don't have stock and may arrive on next Thursday or Friday. I asked for a refund and they provided an email (merimobiles at gmail) to write to for refund. I wrote to them and it's been 34 hours now and I don't think they are ever going to reply back. I am going to open a dispute in paypal.com

Ordered a phone two weeks ago and paid for expedited 3-7 day shipping. As far as I can tell my phone has yet to be shipped. "Customer service" has stopped replying to my emails. Manager wrote to say he "understood my frustration" and that the next email i received would be the tracking number..that was 5 days ago. I only ordered from them because the article i read said that they had a good Trustpilot rating...don't know they managed to do that or how they're still in business..Terrible experience thus far and i haven't even gotten what i paid for as yet

I have ordered a product from them.They did an excellent job.Communication was better than i excepted.The product shipped on time.I highly recommended Merimobiles.

2nd april 2016 I placed an order on their website made full payment using paypal and got a order number 101125081. They told me it will be shipped in 5 days.
9th april 2016 I sent a mail to their support email asking when will the item be shipped.
11th april 2016 they replied back it will be shipped soon.
12th april 2016 I got a mail that item has been shipped using DHL and was provided a tracking number. I checked on DHL website using the provided tracking number but they had no record so I informed merimobile the same.
13th april 2016 they replied back that DHL is looking for the package will take 3 days.
16th april 2016 I got in touch with merimobile using the chat option on their website and they told me that the item is being cleared at Chinese custom and will be done same day.
17th april 2016 I sent a a mail to merimobile that DHL website still has no information of that tracking number.
18th april 2016 merimobile replied saying they have forwarded my concern to shipping department and they will contact DHL and if needed reship the item. I told them to make sure its shipped the same day else will have to raise dispute. Same day I contacted DHL using the contact us form on their website with the tracking number and website.
19th april 2016 DHL replied back saying they have no trace of the provided tracking number.
I am disappointed with the seller, I suspect they haven't even shipped the item.
They have no clue about order status. They don't bother informing you about any update unless you email them, that too they respond after 24 hrs. Their support personals give you the feeling that its a out sourced process as they keep saying "I will ask office about this".

I bought from them zte nubia z7 max, they told me that the phone is brandnew which means that all the parts must be the original factory parts but im my case was not.the charger and the back cover was not the original zte provides.I reported those things to them but they assured me that the phone is new and they told me excuses about different batches and other .... and told me that they took the phone directly from Zte and what i received is what zte provides..I asked Zte about those things and they confirmed that they dont supply the phone like i received it...With this proofs i managed to take a partial refund(30GBP) from them throught paypal.So if you take the risk to buy from them check again and again all the parts of the phone and dont believe them..

I boght Huawei P7 (200$). After i recieve it, i find out, it is a chinise version of software (it schould be european, and there was no note on the storepage it is chinese) and the phone was not new, it was allready used (light scratches). With that a i can live. But after 5 days it went broken. So i send ti back (15€). No refund, just warranty repair. After 6 weeks and few "reminding" emails, they finaly asked for 14$ shipping fee - no metion about the phone repair. I decide, i want another phone instead. We agread to pay a difference of 28$, so i just have to wait for the trackingnr. After 1 month still nothing, so i contact again merimobiles. and what a surprise: Nothing was send yet, the want another 22$, becouse the phone is to old and i uses it allready 4 months?! !!??
Closure: after 5 months from ordering and paying about 270$ for 200$ phone, i have either the phone or the money!

I ordered a letv x800 at 19-01-16 (order number 101120681)they never send an email to inform it is shiped,i asked them my self and gave me a track number wich never existed in shiping company!!! After 40 days since i havent got ANYTHING in the chat they told me it was lost but by email they told me to wait a bit because the track number gets long time to upadate,of course nothing came an eventualy by paypal i got my money back,BUT!!paypals echange from dollar to euro cost me 24€ so i waited 70days and i got damaged in money...The same period i made my order a friend of mine also made an order GUESS WHAT,the same thing happened to him..
So dont trust them they never send anything,they lied gave fake track number and just caused me to loose time an money....
Ps:Later on they told me to reorder,now the price is different 320$ when i asked them to lower the price in my original price they told me that its not in stock althought it is still in their site available..And the lies dont stop...
