Very good product and customer service
I'm very happy with the service I received and the finished product is making my room feel complete.

Great from start to finish. Samples arrived quickly, great selection of finishes. Ordering was easy and product arrived in the timeframe indicated. Part of my order was damaged in transit, but the customer service team were very responsive and sorted it out quickly.

Very easy ordering. I think my plinths turned up in about a week. The quality of the plinths was very good - however, one had a minor defect which was marginal as to whether I just put up with it. After pressure from household management I contacted Mersey MDF who replaced it promptly with no questions asked. 100% perfect customer service, and a 100% happy customer.

Great company to deal with. Good website and plenty of choice. Ordered a couple of shelves to fit within a bedroom wardrobe. These were well made and good quality at a good price.

Overall, I am very happy with this order. The cuts are correctly measured and built for purpose.

I was also very happy to receive a replacement order for the initial. Unfortunately, my order was left out in the rain and soaked up all the moisture. It was also damaged. So I emailed to ask for a replacement. I didn’t receive an email back saying they were going to reissue the order. But I was pleasantly surprised when it turned up and thankfully hadn’t been left out in the rain by the courier. That’s the only reason I haven’t rated them a 5.

I think it’s nice quality and a pretty good price for a custom size.

Improve delivery service
I accepted delivery since customer thought that it was not his place to inspect the item - minor damage - but having installed it the customer would not accept, and refused to pay. There was a small dent and scrape on long edge where packaging had been damaged.

Excellent service, on time delivery and competitively priced. Great quality of delivered product. Only point for possible improvement is the website ordering form which appeared to double the price when the quantity of the ordered product was increased to 2. Overcome that by entering 2 lines on the order for the same product with quantity of 1 on each line. This may be putting others off from ordering due to what appears to be a software glitch.
