Always a pleasant experience shopping with them. They have a large range of devices and flavours available.

Was looking for an upgrade of my current setup and the member of staff showed me multiple products and explained them in detail, differences between them to make sure I got the right one for me.

Talked me through how it operated and set it up for me so I was confident in how it operated. Fantastic service!

Brilliant and friendly staff who know what they're talking about. Great range of liquids and kits. Wouldn't bother going anywhere else for my vape stuff, couldn't recommend these guys any more.

I had to leave one atar to leave a negative review.
Bought a £42 vape device and used the Ormskirk shop to buy my juice however, it soon failed so I took it back but, I was told the warranty was only 30 days and I had to take it up with the manufacturer 'Eleaf' I was told I had to take it up with whoever I bought it off. Went back and told them but they were not interested in me but, they were when they were raking my money. I will never go there again! They're not interested in their customers at all so I'll be taking my hard earned cash to a reputable dealer in future.

I bought two vapes from this store and BOTH were damaged when I got them home I then took them back to the store and they said I wasn't allowed a refund or replacement because they couldn't of come like that when I bought them the day before how ridiculous and to add to that both vapes are now not working! Please don't shop here they don't treat u with respect and there products are awful

Just used click and collect in the Ormskirk store for a battery, amazing service the guy charged the battery up fully for me. Will most definitely be using Merseyvapour again!!
