My original order did not arrive within the estimated 3-5 business days timeframe. I contacted the team and Mo organised to process my refund if my order did not arrive within a week. Although I was a little disappointed with not receiving my order, Mark got in contact with me straight away and organised to send my order via express; free of charge which shows how much they’re willing to help their customers out when things don’t go to plan. I understand that it can be frustrating when external agencies don’t deliver the parcel but Mark and team are exceptionally helpful and always go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. I did my order for halloween in October and never received it. The next day after writing a review in Trustpilot the company apologised and refunded me the money of my purchase that was lost by the delivery company.

My original order went missing as it was for work I was a little stressed. The own VERY QUICKLY and very kindly put my order in an express post package and I received it just in time. I was ever so grateful for his very thoughtful customer service and his willingness to help me in a bit of a jam. Amazing contact lens too, perfect fit and so comfortable for my client 😁

Just got the "White Blind" contact lenses, and honestly, I wish there was a bigger warning about how they totally blank out your vision—definitely only good for photos and not for moving around.
That said, the delivery was quick, and the customer service team reached out after seeing my initial review. They were super helpful, offered to send a different pair that won't impair my vision, and are looking into making the warnings clearer on their site. Appreciate the quick response and care from their team!

Love these so much bought another pair, the colour is true to what you seepn the internet, easy to apply and fit perfectly.

Contacts are great, and it was amazing to support an Australian company! After my order it took about 2-3 days to arrive, just amazing service :)

Lenses fit great and are extremely comfortable in eyes I can forget they're even in! Have worn a few times although I feel the colour doesn't look as how it came across in the images on their website. I do have blue eyes originally and was wearing a different shade of blue on top which may have amplified it but I am quite disappointed.

Delivery didn't take to long colour looks great. Would like to see more natural looking coloured contacts at a better price though
