Really helpful and great at communication. Regardless of what we asked of them they were happy to look into the possibilities and keep us in the loop.

We've worked with Metador for around 10 years and find their products and services to be of excellent quality. Their pricing structure is fair and competitive. The couple of issues we have had over all those years have been dealt with swiftly and professionally. We also find them to be honest and decent people to deal with and we can believe and trust everything the tell us, which these days is a rare commodity!

So I had a bad experience installing one of these doors it was poorly manufactured and missing vital components which is never a sighn of a high quality product. Most certainly not made simple from a fitters point of of view with a lack luster response from the in house team makes for a disappointing job. Certainly not an "open and close" experience.

Poor quality, if the doors not manufactured correctly with an uneven gap down the hinge side you have no ability to adjust the hinges.! If the door doesn’t fit in the frame, as its should, you have to take it out and bodge the frame bigger. No help offered to fix the door accept a patronizing response and denial. Missing parts where you are supposed to fix the door and again a response of complete denial and 'it left the factory with all the parts fixed'.. As if anyone’s going to complain if it’s as it should be? Great words on the website but the reality is disappointing.!! Could be a great product but when things are just manufactured incorrectly with no ability to adjust and no help to fix it as is should be, you have no chance.

I await the stock response but as all trades know, the jobs done, it took twice as long as it should and was more hassle than its worth working with sub standard materials.

Stumbled across Metador after trying various uk suppliers for our steal door sets.
Metadors steel doors are to such a high qaulity finish i was shocked to say the least.
As a company we have saved so much time and disruption to our clients by installing the metador product and the turn around time on manufacturing and delivery has reduced by 3/4. So safe to say we will most certainly be using their services going forward, and a big thank you to Marcus for your help with some of the more technical sites we have look foward to working with you on our next project.

We have been working with Metador for the last 3 or 4 months now and have found them to be very reliable with both quotes and deliveries of items. The products are well designed and well built and easy to install. The staff in all areas of the company are extremely helpful and well briefed in their products and we have found that if there are any issues (very few) they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
