I recently purchased a pair of shoes…
I recently purchased a pair of shoes from them and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. The sizing is completely off—despite ordering my usual size, the shoes were uncomfortably tight and unwearable. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to help Their lack of willingness to address the issue or work with me has left me frustrated and out of pocket. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor product quality and terrible customer service.

No shipping / negative support experience
Ordered something, I needed for an event, two week before and was informed, it would take 5 business days. After three days I received an email from them, saying they haven’t received the payment and if I could send a payment confirmation. So I did. Three more days later, I received another email saying they haven’t received the payment. I tried several ways to contact them, without success. Two more days later, I received the payment back from metal shop, to my bank account. I missed the event due to lacking clothes and was very disappointed by this experience

After checking our records, I can see that we did attempt to contact you multiple times regarding the payment issue. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any response from you, nor do we have any record of you trying to reach us through other channels.
It appears there was a problem with the PayPal transaction, as the payment never reached us. This was beyond our control, but we understand how upsetting this must have been for you.
