Whatever you do, do not use this casino. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I messaged them yesterday morning, and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me over 36 hours later.

Didn't accept Any bonus OR whatever.
Won up to 800 and suddently i had a 50 euro bonus money, IT clearly showed that my balance was RAW and the bonus money was suddently 50.
I had to wager 3,000 euro before being able to pay out.
So i did this litterly played 20+ slots not 1 spin connecting all dead spins.
This was on 1 euro bet and 40 cents..
Then the wager was not compleeted they removed my RAW cash as well.

Exactly the same happend to me, I made a deposit, and after I had to fill in my registration information. When i click to accept it said contact customer support. I have not been able to play with a single penny off it. And after I ve been spoken to the support my bank ID got blocked. I ve had contact with the "support" multiple times and they will allways tell you that they will send it to the departement and they will send you a mail. In 2 weeks, not a single mail. Nothing at all, even contacting them many times, you wont hear a thing. People take my advice and dont play on this scamming casino, specially not reading all the other things that can go wrong according to the other revieuws.

This is a scam site run by scammers.

Strung out withdrawals, made up Stories and Excuses nothing but garbage here.

L**s in particular at this casino is a complete con. Many others too, I just want my deposits back. They stole free spins, sizeable amount(s) of cash and they continue I suspect to do this to unsuspecting players'.

They say they are back after a reconstruction? They must have failed big time. No help from them when I explains my problem, misunderstandings and "please let us know if your problem continues". My problems have not been fixed and they won't withdraw my money when I beg them to. They are quiet now. No answers at all.

Metal casino and Turbonino casino uses the same software, and on both sites I registered by using BankID, and I now I can't log into either site. I first made a deposit on the sites and logged in with my BankID. Was prompted to fill in time limits, okey. But when this was done the sites logged me out and I thought I could just log in again. Nope.

I logs in with my personal number and BankID, the page is progressing the login and suddenly a pop-up says that I have to be registered first before I can log in. The support can see that I am registered. But still I can't log in.

They have my deposited money and won't answer my emails since the November 9. I have told them to send back my money, I don't care about the login problems, I just want my money back.

They have no chat support. Turbonino have a chat when you are logged in. That is really a great idea of support if the customer want help with the login, rofl. They do not deserve customers.

Don't know what more I can do. Scam site.

The 3 trust pilot reviews from the September 25 2020 can only be fake reviews. The things they say is not even up-to-date what I can see on the metal casino site.

Absolutely appalling from start to finish.The site is not particularly easily navigated. KYC processes can be ponderous and they may refuse documents that have been accepted by other entities. Live Chat is often poor. Offers rarely if ever work before going to LC and then they will generally call you a liar unless you produce a screenshot of the offer that they sent. I have withdrawn and will close my account to save further inconvenience.

It's just request after request for verification documents, while all the time your withdrawal is pending..... Avoid these scammers at all times, don't say you haven't been warned!

They stole my four figure winnings and closed my account without explaining why. They are scammers as you can see from the other reviews. They deliberately strung out my verification by asking for ID one more piece at a time and inventing new hurdles, all of which I passed with flying colours. Having completed this verification process, they then just closed my account and pinched the winnings. I asked them multiple times to reverse this decision and they were deliberately belligerent and also refused to comment on the reasons behind it. I was using a bonus and shortly after they removed the sign up bonus, so I can only assume that not paying me was a cost cutting measure from a struggling casino.
