Metal Casino ( MT Secure trade)
Unfortunately I have to give a bad review due to treatment by this casino.
Metal casino are part of the MT secure trade license. They do not implement a brand wide protection for vulnerable problem gamblers as part of their UKGC license ( social responsibility codes of practice)
They are happy to accept self excluded customers and do not take any responsibility for flaws within their system. Even after evidence as been provided.
When a SAR request to the GIG brand data team is made they only provide the information relevant to favour their side. They do not provide the subject the actual requested information, which should be an impartial response and honest!
They will claim registration information does not match, however 4/5 fields were matched. Evidence for this was provided, but again ignored.
Customer service provide one response then later completly contradict their own wording, again to favour their defence.
Overall I can not recommend this casino.
