Issues with sizing and delivery comprehension
We had some issues figuring out the ring sizes and it seems that unfortunately for returns, you have to pay for the return yourself which is a shame considering just how pricey packing and sending some of the items in this shop is. Also had an issue with MRW which was a day late(acceptable) but had the most vague way of describing the state and place of the package. Otherwise everything arrived safely, well packed and would love to buy more in the future.

New Rock Motorcycle Boots
The website is easy to use and they have great products. I just did not give 5 stars because it takes awhile to receive what you order.
About New Rock sizes....if you wear sneakers size 42....then purchase the boots size 41.
I did the mistake of purchasing the same size as if it were sneakers. It was a mistake!xD

The woodie arrived on time predicted during the buy. I was expecting a better material grammage/weight, which would make it warmer, the woodie is a little thin for the price. Nevertheless, overall I am happy.
