Fantastict Customer Support
I want to point out that MetalShop's Customer Support was fantastic. I tried to place an order and apply the discount voucher, but I missed a step and the item was suspended from sale. However, I reported the incident to Customer Support via email, and the next day I was still allowed to place the order with the discount, even though it was my mistake and the voucher had already expired! Always to be considered!

Quick turnaround time & service!
I placed an order on May 28th with an expected delivery date of June 5th, but to my surprise, it arrived today—June 2nd, three days ahead of schedule! I had requested a heads-up if there were any delays, and the very next morning, I received a prompt response from Metal Shop. They assured me they’d do their best, though they couldn’t guarantee an exact arrival date, as they were waiting on a shirt to ship from another warehouse. I truly appreciate their speedy communication and dedication to fast delivery. The quality of the shirts is outstanding, and they arrived just in time for this Friday’s Guns N’ Roses concert.
