This company is one of the worst. They are unable to follow instructions and are just lazy. We have had 4 failed attempts at deliveries by their drivers.
The first time was weather which is excusable. I understand you can't make it from the weather but it should be expedited to get to the customer when you can.
The second time they didn't even come to the door. They put the NA sign on the gate. My wife was waiting the entire time for the man with the kids.
The third time they failed to read Walk in basement on the delivery address and called the wrong number for contact. We were in the basement waiting with the gate wide open ready for them.
I had filed a complaint with their dispatch and they said they would get it first thing on the next delivery which runs on Saturdays.
Well, the fourth time they put ours after all these issues as the last one. They called saying they were going to be a little late about an hour before the delivery. Then at the time of delivery, they called saying they were canceling delivery.
Four weekends of my time were wasted because of these people. This is inexcusable.
Do not get anything delivered from this company. I've already filed a complaint with Costco about them.
Absolute trash delivery service
The guy delivered at the wrong address and took a photo of my package which has the correct address printed on top and yet he manages to take not one but three photos of the wrong address AND even leaves the package right out side the wrong door.

Trash service. Ordered off Best Buy who apparently uses this courier.
Took all day for the tracking to update, received and email that it was picked up at 3pm. I'm a busines that closes at 430. And off course they tried to deliver at 8pm. Still have not received any type of notice about attemped delivery. I had to check the tracking thou best buy.
These people are just as bad and lazy as taskforce logistics (Amazon). Idi0ts.
Will not press the doorbell!
They apparently attempted to deliver while I was at home literally watching my front door. People came to the house except nobody even reached for my doorbell. After the first message I went to watch, but then I left my phone aside. Apparently they won't ring your doorbell at all and call it a day. Oh and they will also keep the delivery fees because of course.
I contacted customer service and then they sent me a picture from my front door. It's all cool and great but you have to actually press it (I went to make sure it wasn't my fault before calling to not be an ass, but every single try I pressed it functioned as expected).
Complete trash service
Complete trash service. Always showing up late, and then there’s no contact # for customer support. I didn’t get my package and then they prompt you to contact customer support live chat. I spent 1 hour trying to create an account and there is no way or it’s extremely difficult. They just ask you to log in? With no “create account” anywhere in site. I will never order through this company again. If I could give half a star I would, seriously. Now I’m not getting my package, I’m getting a refund and this trashy company gets to keep the delivery fee.
Absolute garbage service
Absolute garbage service. Refused to access the private road my property was located on because it was ‘unsafe’ and asks me what I’m driving and suggest I use my vehicle to mule the washer and dryer.
Costco should be ashamed to be linked to this company.
Its never the problem...its how you address the problem
I previously posted on February 7, 2024 about how disappointed I was and I only game 1 star. However things changed very quickly and Metro delivered the produce on February 8, 2024, now giving them 4 stars. Couple of ladies really came through. Very empathetic and very understanding. Delivery guys are also very professional and came within the delivery window. There will always be problems but the real challenge is how you overcome those problems and Metro delivered!!! Well Done!!!
They deliver parcels on time
For one negative review online, there's probably five great experiences that go undocumented. My experience with metro e24 and their best buy delivery was great. They had accurate delivery times and they delivered on time.
Dysfunctional Company.
The Company is disorganized and dysfunctional. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Called several times the day before to confirm delivery. Kept being told that delivery is all set. Drove 2 hours to the cottage to take delivery, called the morning after I get to the cottage, was told that it did not make it on the route for that day...REALLY!!! Companies that use Metro Supply need to really reconsider as it is impacting their brand, they just doesn't care. Company's website states "Our vision is to be a strategic supply chain solutions partner for some of the world’s fastest growing and most recognizable organizations." I say BS to this! Chiko, as the CEO and Murray...as the COO, you both need to get a better handle on what's happening on the front line. Or maybe the Company just doesn't give a crap. You got your delivery fee so who cares when and how the delivery is managed. Not sure if this is the case but based on experience sure looks that way.

Heard from the logistics company...the product was shipped to a different city 3 hours away. Took them several hours to figure out.

Worst delivery service ever!
Worst delivery service ever! Th3 team came with my Costco delivery of washer and dryer. They arrived late and were rude. They were incompetent setting the machines up and made damages to my new washer and dryer. When I point out the damages they told me it was there already. While attempting to install the pedestal to my dryer somehow they managed to damage the alignment of the base and so the dryer could not be secured to the pedestal. So I had to call Costco to send me a new set of machines. One of the delivery person also threw his drill on top of my washer which made a giant scratch on top of my dryer. With my second washer and dryer I got a new team to deliver them. They even could not believe how bad the shape of my first delivery was. Their comment was wow you have a lot of scratches on your machines. Furthermore the first team did not connect my washer drainage hose properly and cause a flooding in my basement. Part of the flooding on concrete floor so I was able to mop it. Some water though went under my vinyl flooring in the finished area. I have brought the case up with Costco and they then said my case needs to be directed to Metro. Metro called me to get a statement but trying to twisted my statement on their email to me making things up as they go and were not willing to provide compensation. Costco needs to stop doing business with this delivery company!

They just delivered my fridge...did a great job! Quick, efficient, no damage to my house and quite friendly.
We ordered a fridge from Costco
We ordered a fridge from Costco, the delivery window was from 8 am- 8 pm. Have to go to pick up the kids from school, I received a phone call from this company. I asked for a favour for them to wait 10 minutes so I could drive back in 10 minutes, a lady called me also to confirm that they will wait, I did not pick up the kids drove back and they did not wait the 10 minutes. This is the first time a have a problem with a delivery most of the companies called and say will will be there in an hour or to confirm someone will be home, this people did not and they were not kind at all during phone calls. I tried to reschedule time for delivery and they told me to wait 2 weeks. I cancelled the order, went to the website and buying again directly from Costco the delivery will be in one week but I don't have to deal with this situation again. I love the appliances from Costco and the warranty Costco offer but in this case I prefer to buy appliances some where else and deal with a different delivery company.
Zero Attempt to Deliver or Concern
Outrageous company. Cancelled delivery week 1 after waiting for over a month for the scheduled time and then refused to attempt delivery when there was a light dusting of snow on the driveway as it was SNOWING. We asked them to deliver it at the end of the driveway and we would move. They had left without knocking on our door! Dispatch called us and agreed to return...nope! They left the town! Which means we would have to wait another week for a washer/dryer. I have cancelled my order for the machines and will pay more $ to shop locally and guarantee I can wash my three kids' clothes this week. Ludicrous. Do not order from a company that uses these shippers.
They don't even try to deliver
The worst delivery company. They don't even try to deliver the packages, they just send you an email saying they were not able to delivery because I was unavailable. While I was home all 3 days they attempted delivery. Terrible service, I don't understand how they are still in business or why Shoppers Drugmart uses them

Where to start...my package was delivered to the wrong outside unit in my condo complex when it was supposed to be left with the security at front desk in the highrise.
As a result, my package was soaked in the rain and even worse, it could have been easily stolen. The person who delivered it simply took a photo and couldn't even be bothered to secure the package in the bushes or call me to indicate it was delivered (they had my phone number and I was working from home).
Why this company is still in business is beyond me. Equally as bad as another delivery company, Apple Express Delivery.
Absolutely the WORST experience ever
Absolutely the WORST experience ever. Ordered a package to be delivered to my office. Our mailroom is open Mon. - Fri. from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. They originally tried to deliver the package at 10:00 pm. Obviously the driver would have realized the building was closed and would also have been told by security that there is no access to the elevators after 6 pm without a security pass. I received a “failed delivery” notification so immediately sent an email to the support address shown on said notification email advising of our business hours. I received no response. The next day I received another notification that delivery had been attempted at 1:15 am! I sent another email to the same support address and received no response. Later that morning I received an email advising that my order was “out for delivery”, that this was the third attempt and if unsuccessful the package would be returned. NO package arrived by the time our mailroom closed at 5 pm but at 7:30 pm I received an email advising that I was next on the delivery schedule. Of course the building was closed so delivery was unsuccessful. I sent another email and then decided to try the “Chat with us” option.
The “Chat with us” option resulted in a 7 day exchange of text messages wherein I repeatedly advised e24 Metro of our office hours, they repeatedly responded assuring me that they had made a note of my office hours and that may package would be delivered during said hours followed by delivery attempts after 10:00 pm. After 4 such exchanges, I was assured that my package would be delivered before 5 pm on a Friday. It did not arrive. When I messaged the chat they said my delivery window was 5 pm to 10 pm (this was after the same chat had assured me that they had made a note of our hours of business). I asked if they were joking. They then asked if we were open for delivery on the weekend. I reiterated our Monday to Friday hours and was told that my package would finally (after almost 2 weeks of this nonsense) be delivered on Monday before 5 pm. Guess what – it did not arrive! However, on Monday evening at 8:30 pm I received an email advising that my package had been successfully delivered. To where I do not know because our mailroom closed at 5 pm and there would have been no access to our building after 6 pm.
I came in to work on the Tuesday after the supposed delivery and, not surprisingly, there was no package. I emailed and texted e24 Metro and was assured they were investigating and was told to contact them again on Wednesday. By the way – I only got responses through the text option – nobody responded to my emails. On Wednesday morning I was told that they were still investigating. By the end of the day Wednesday, having heard nothing, I asked for a phone number (something not included in any of their emails or texts) and was provided with same. Not surprisingly no live person answered so I left a detailed message on Wednesday afternoon.
As I write this commentary on Friday morning I have still received no response to any of my emails or texts or to the voicemail message I left. There is no sign of my package. I have tried to check the status of my complaint but the text link no longer works and the email link now requires a log in.
We have been in this building for over 12 years and until this horrific experience with e24 Metro have never had a problem with deliveries. I have contacted the shipper and have requested a refund. Alas this was a Christmas present which I now will not have in time. I cannot fathom how this company that is so incompetent, so unresponsive, so deceptive and so useless is in business.
Just an awful, awful experience with no resolution possible (although I am looking into filing complaints anywhere I can (BBB, etc.).
Delivery Fraud situation of Best Buy…
Delivery Fraud situation of Best Buy delivery. Phony signature of delivery. No live support - only voicemail to leave a message for name, phone and order number. Automated email system generates a ticket number but no live responses. So far, I had to raise a Toronto police report for "Fraud Under $5,000". I do not understand why Best Buy and Shoppers Drug used this delivery service, other than price for those and other companies, when there are so many fraud issues with this business. I would never have considered my purchase had it not been the Brand Name - Best Buy "vetting" the delivery service.
Wish there was an option to leave a negative review
Wish there was an option to leave a negative rating. The driver never attempted contact me or our condo building concierge to access the building. Instead, the driver tossed the package from Jcrew into an unsecured corner of the entrance to the building where it was of course stolen in less than 2 hours after delivery. That area is open to the general public so it’s not a surprise that the package is now gone. Their response to my complaint is for me to contact Jcrew for a refund. They do not take any responsibility for their lack of professionalism or their inability to do their job properly.
