Abby Brealey and her colleagues at MettaPM work proactively to manage the properties under their wing. They are conscientious and professional. As someone who has worked with very many managing agents over the past 40+ years, I have no hesitation in recommending Abby and MettaPM.

I am an owner occupier in a 24-flat property that was built in 2002. Metta have recently taken over the property management of my block and I am seriously impressed by the changes they have been introducing, principally with the successful implementation of "MyBlockman", which is an online (password protected) portal that enables residents to view service charge account information, as well as building notices that before had to be photocopied multiple times and then manually inserted into letterboxes.

Abby, Rhianna and Lauren, at Metta, have a great can-do attitude and have even introduced an out-of-hours phone number for residents to use in case of an emergency.

I can promise you that they are fantastic.
I am an active and hands on directors of the residents association.
We have had numerous management companies in the past.
All of them failed us in many ways.
Metta property management is definitely
The best we have had.
They deal with the issues as quickly and efficiently as they can.
The previous management companies were so bad and untrustworthy
I ended up doing the following no jobs myself

Doing the service charge accounts
Organising works in the buildings
Chasing up leaseholders for outstanding amounts
Paying outstanding balances to contractors
And much more
Since Metta has been managing us I have slowly stop having to deal with these issues.

I have been an owner of a leasehold in vector point, ilford for many years now. This involved seeing an undesirable number of new management firms being sacked. Since Metta PM took over, my life has been a dream. The way they handle difficult situations has been a dream come true, i have never had to worry because i know my problems were always in good hands. During my team with Metta PM, i have tended to raise requests/problems last minute given then nature of the problems, Metta PM have always been quick to resolve, for which i am the most grateful for. My advise to anyone buyer a property that is managed by a management company, would be to thoroughly look at these types of reviews before buying a property. This could be the difference between turning your life upside OR a good decision. Metta PM has definitely made my journey a great experience and i would personally highly recommend.
