We had a problem with ordering the post box on line, we tried couple of times but the website wouldn't allow us to process the payment.
We made a call and spoke to a very nice gentleman who has taken a payment on-line, offered us a discount and a great advice.
The box was delivered the next day. Well packed, great condition. We are very happy with it. 100% recommended.

For some reason I was unable to complete my order on your website so phoned and ordered over the phone. The chap was very helpful, took my order and it was delivered the following day!!

Delivery from date of order to receiving the goods it was very quick so much so that it was not expected. Pleased with the product. Would use Metz Tools again

We would love to rate our parcel box, but after nearly 2 months of waiting we can not. Its been processed and paid for, but that's all we've heard off. Emailed and forget phoning, the music is off putting and cuts off after 15 minutes

I’ve always wanted to learn to use an English wheel and shrinker stretcher & metz did them for a good price & delivered the next day & it’s been great learning

I brought the smaller shrinker stretcher, for the price, I wasn't expecting great things, but was very suprised. Very sturdy body for the tooling, and they work really well, but you do need to 'break the edge' of the piece first, as per the instructions. I didn't on my first part, and was a little frustrated, but on the second part I made, I realised what was going on, and was able to form a very compound curve accurately. Definitely a good buy

Equipment poorly constructed, no bearings in the block which carries the spindle on which turning handle is mounted. Therefore, as a result, the spindle became quickly hot and seized, scoring the inner jacket. This took just a few passes with the metal being bent. Why on earth wasn't the block as properly constructed as the two rollers beneath?! The spec of steel being rolled was 1 inch, 3mm box section steel, apparently well within the capabilities boasted by the seller. This cannot be described as a 'HEAVY DUTY' tool. It is let down by that one vital element, a bearing in the rolling spindle.

Really fast delivery to Belfast and a great tool ,stretcher and shrinker should have had one years ago.

I placed my first order with Metz today and was concerned as the Paypal notification said I had to contact the merchant. It then took a long time to get a phone response, but once in touch, Scott was really helpful and sorted the issue immediately. Great customer service. I've yet to receive the item, but am reassured that if there are any issues, it will be dealt with well.
