I’ve made multiple purchases from Mia Bella for my granddaughters—probably around ten—and I’ve always been so impressed with the quality and fit. Their clothing is consistently beautiful, well-made, and true to size.

Recently, I had an order that was delayed and ultimately lost. It took a couple of follow-ups to get things sorted, but once I connected with Sara, everything changed. She was absolutely phenomenal.

Sara went above and beyond trying to track down my order, and when the items were no longer available in the sizes I needed, she quickly helped me secure a gift card instead. I had some trouble using the gift card (which I’m sure was on my end), and she patiently stayed on the phone with me the entire time until everything was resolved and I was able to place a new order.

That level of care and dedication is rare. Because of Sara’s outstanding customer service, I will absolutely continue to be a loyal customer for life.

I bought a pair of shoes from Mia Bell and ordered based on the size chart they provide for each model. I ordered a size 9, but I received a size 8.5. They also sent me a size chart that does not match the one shown on their website.

I’ve tried to resolve the issue, but they say they will charge me for return shipping—even though their advertising clearly states that these items have free returns.

On top of that, they only give you 15 days to return the product, and their customer service takes up to three days to respond to emails. This delay seems intentional, as it eats into the return window and makes it harder to send the shoes back in time.

Their advertising is misleading in multiple ways: they claim to offer free returns, and their sizing charts are inconsistent and inaccurate. It feels like double false advertising. Customer service representatives also seem trained to avoid providing real solutions or properly addressing questions and requests.

I do not recommend buying from this company. They claim to be based in Florida, but the products are actually shipped from China.
Stay away from this company! You will lose money and time with them!

They buy in bulk from shein and other fast fashion companies cutting the original tags off and applying their own.

Cute designs but their return policy is criminal. Ordered a cute pair of shoes for my daughter but they were too small. Emailed to request return instructions and was denied, saying it was “outside the 14-day window.” We only had the shoes a few days and no amount of email exchanges would change their mind. They will never get another dime from me.

Bought dress wasn’t correct size and wouldn’t refund, I was told that we bought the wrong brand from them for a refund. I think these people are a joke. Well 400 dollar lesson learned. So if you plan on buying from here period I’d would ask and make sure you are buying the right brand for a refund. 🤣🤣 totally BS. Sounds like this place is in trouble. Buyers beware

The quality of the clothes amazing. One Christmas I ordered the cutest outfit for my daughter! Everyone asked where I got it. She adored the outfit. This year I go to buy another two outfits because they have insane deals going on. I inquired about a measurement of a sleeve length. Within an hour I get a message and Sara the customer service manager. She drove to the warehouse and measured it for me within like 5 minutes! Tell me you would get that kind of service anywhere else. I do just about all my shopping online and I hate dealing with customer service but with them nope. Hands down probably the best place to order my kids outfits! So if you’re looking for amazing outfits and even better customer service Mia Belle is the place. Shout out to Sara for the best customer service I have ever had in my 31 years of life. Your awesome!
