The assistant that I received was helpful and prompt. Any further questions that I had after my order were answered speedily. The ring was beautiful and everything that I expected. I highly recommend!

My order was placed 1 month ago today - not a custom piece, but a generic ring they have listed for sale on the website - Ring still has not been shipped. Website quotes 10-15 days plus 2 days for shipping - it has already been over a week longer than advertised, I have to follow up for updates and responses take several days to receive. Will never order from this company again.

Very beautiful ring. Band is gorgeous and the Diamond is clear and amazing. Was shipped and delivered painlessly. 10/10 experience.

The engagement ring I ordered was customized to the correct specifications and size. The website was very intuitive with an incredibly large selection. Customer service responds swiftly and diligently for inquiries regarding the status of orders, and the ring arrived within the estimated time frame I was given.

I never review but feel compelled to spread the word, even if it saves one person from headache. DO NOT BUY HERE. Be warned!!! They claim to be foundation-based and respectful but I have only been met with disrespect and miscommunication that’s resulted in huge loss. Loose settings, horrible customer service and zero transparency. Don’t fall for the lower prices! You get what you pay for!

I upgraded my black moissonites to diamonds and was promised I could use the original amount toward the diamonds. After paying the full amount and being told I could get refunded for the black moissonites since they didn’t have them at the time of pick-up, I was met with a she-said she-said and the associate (who is apparently a manager) lied about saying she told me I could get a refund. I am absolutely sick over losing my money and even more sick over the fact she lied.

Also, when I went to pick up my ring, I said my name, she handed me the bag and said “have a good day”! I stood there and asked if she needed payment today. I literally could have just said a name and walked out. Your jewelry is not safe here.

Horrible operation. Take your money elsewhere and support other local companies.

**As you can see from other reviews, they are quick to have an excuse and never take fault. It’s always the clients fault. You want to give your money to a company that’s never on your side? Think wisely.. your future wife will be wearing this the rest of her life.**

Misleading as all rings are made in an alloy metal that looks like white gold but the website has yellow gold options to select from. I would have made different choices knowing that but was mislead.

The ability to design a ring, choose from multiple settings, shapes and styles, and to have one on one help with their staff was amazing. I chose a generic ring, with same day shipping, just to surprise her. When I gave her the ring, I told her it was just for the moment, but we could return it, and I let her design her own ring. She really loved the ability to do that, and MiaDonna's staff was extremely nice, and helped us along the way. Ali loves her ring!

Hannah was so great. She was very communicative and helpful with the Try On order, as well as helping me pick out a diamond. I ordered a loose diamond and it is beautiful!

The representative was informative. The diamonds were beautiful. Need better lighting in the store though. After the diamonds left the display case and I tried on, not as brilliant. Once I received the diamonds at home they definitely sparkle. Just not in the store in front of the mirror. Really awful lighting.

Great response time from customer service via email, quick shipping for the sample kit

It was a beautiful ring and my fiancé loved the color. The next day a side diamond fell out. Being in Italy, it is very hard to find a jeweler to fix the ring at a good price. I am using the return policy which was easy to use and I am happy with the service received. Overall beautiful ring, just sad it only lasted a day.
