This company should not be trusted for what should be a very special occasion. The jewelry is so cheaply made, it breaks quickly and they will insist you only get it repaired with them. They then lie to you about the cost of repairs. Buy your diamond from a lab and go to a local goldsmith that deserves your money. My fiancé and I were not so lucky. Whoever runs this company should be ashamed.

The rings are stunning. I'm no jewelry expert, but I've honestly never seen rings that sparkle and shine like this wedding set does. I contacted them a few times during the process and always received a response very quickly.

I was really happy with my ring when I received it, but the white gold quickly eroded in the back. I was very careful with it. take it off when I go to bed and I don’t wear it daily…so that was surprising. I was very disappointed with the quality of the white gold.

My experience with MiaDonna was great. Customer service worked with me the whole time when I had questions. I had the ring shipped to UPS to avoid fears of it being stolen or delivered to the wrong address. My fiancé is so happy with her ring and how much it shines and sparkles. I work in the anti-trafficking field and ensuring that there was no labor exploitation (I selected a lab diamond) was extremely important to us both. I will need to get it resized a small bit, but they will do that for free. I was able to get the ring within 4 weeks of ordering it.

I had an awesome experience with Miadonna. They were very responsive and accommodating to the custom ring design I was going for. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom jewelry.

Good but some stuff slipped through the cracks.

Mia Donna is amazing — their rings, the quality, the people in their customer service team, the fact they’re a B corp, and more. However, perhaps the most important thing, my ring itself, was a problem. First, their website allowed me to place an incorrect band size order (I wanted an 8.25 and was allowed to order that online, but the ring I chose doesn’t have that option). This took a few days to correct with some emails and phone calls, and finally it was explained to me by a manager on a call that the company they order those particular bands from (Elysium) doesn’t make quarter sizes. Womp. To remedy this, they quickly shipped me a sample 8.5 ring for sizing, to see if it would fit — and it actually was the right size I needed. Delighted, I ordered the ring I wanted, and, while it took 3+ weeks to make and ship, it was worth the wait. Except…when I opened the package, it was the wrong ring, despite the fact that it had supposedly passed a “quality check” at Mia Donna’s showroom. But it seemed that the ring maybe had missed the quality check because it was not what I even ordered. Their customer service team tried to make it right; but alas, they could not ship me the new band in time for my wedding. I decided to keep the band they sent me by accident, as I actually don’t mind it at all, I quite like it. But this was a definite multi-level fail. I’m willing to support them in the future and give them another try, and their customer service team gets an A+ for effort. But failing to catch this error (or prevent it in a custom made-to-order ring…is just kind of unacceptable from a business standpoint. Anyhow, here’s to sunnier days and I hope that their company succeeds as it grows and refines their ability to deliver what was ordered.

I love my sapphire and diamond ring. As always the work is grogeous. Customer service is always very friendly, quick to respond and helpful. I love that I can purchase quality jewelry that is lab grown and from a company with fantastic service.

I had planned around the 15 day time frame and because of quality control issues it wasn't going to work. So I emailed MiaDonna directly and they made it work for me and the quality is still excellent!

I am sooooo happy with my custom diamond and gemstone ring from MiaDonna! I had an idea for a design and Justine helped me make it happen. I received a rendering of the design within a couple days, and once approved my ring came in a week later. It is absolute perfection and I will be telling everyone about how wonderful this company is! Also love that it's sustainably made and isn't a detriment to the environment or people's lives. A gorgeous product that makes the world a better place? YES!
