I had a great experience with miadonna. I ordered my ring about 3.5 weeks before I proposed to my girlfriend on our trip to California. I knew I was cutting it close with time, but Justine and her team assured me the ring will be delivered on time. The ring came in a little less than a week before our trip and it was beautiful! I am thrilled with how everything played out, and I recommend Miadonna to anyone who is in the market for an engagement ring for their partner!!!

Everything about the try on was very easy. Was able to try on a few rings I was interested in which was so nice compared to just seeing them online.

I received the bracelet for Christmas. It was not what I expected and wanted to return the item. I contacted MiaDonna and they told me to reach out to Customer Service. I did that and have heard nothing back from them. I also mentioned it in Instagram and that all they told me was to reach out. So now the third payment is being deducted from my account for something I wanted to return. There has to be a better way to do this.

While there were some issues with the ordering process. I’d still give Miadonna 5 Stars because of how quickly they fixed my problem. I had ordered and paid upfront for a 2.02ct round cut Diamond that was completely colorless with an Ideal cut to be set in a Platinum Classique band. After a week I received an email saying there was some confusion and that particular stone shouldn’t have been listed. The email contained ideas for a replacement stone, all of which I didn’t find acceptable. I called and was immediately transferred to a sales manager already familiar with what was happening. She sourced me a significantly larger stone, while not completely colorless like my original purchase, it was within a range I was okay with and the cut and clarity were the same. This was during the madness of Black Friday and they assured me they would get the replacement stone, have it set and delivered to me before I left for my holiday vacation. Running a quick check, the replacement stone was worth significantly more than my original purchase, at least $1000 dollars but probably more. MiaDonna covered this on their end for my trouble. They remained communicative through the whole process and let me know when the ring was nearing completion. On the day I received a text saying a UPS label was created. I noticed it was a 2 day delivery and not the overnight I had paid for. I called and the women at the store had it fixed in under 5 minutes and my ring was in my hand the very next morning from the other side of the country. I’d recommend Miadonna to anyone interested in ethically created jewelry. My purchase is absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to present it to my hopefully soon to be fiancée. Thank you Katie and Justine for all your help along the way, hope to shop with you again.

The ability to try rings from home is an excellent idea and a great program. Unfortunately, the rings we received were not exactly the ones we had selected, and the sizes varied considerably. That was likely due to lack of availability. Thank you for offering this service.

I did see that try and home rings would be an average size, but I wasn’t thinking they’d be so small. They were pretty and I am glad I got to see them in person, I just wish I could’ve seen something closer to my size.
